Its been amazing. Has helped me to be more organized and support my team.
What do you like best about the product?
I like tagging my team and assigning them positions and tasks. It also allows me to assign tags to emails and lets me see the best way to label things and keep my emails organized. Hiver makes looking at a shared email easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't particularly appreciate that Hiver must select several emails and can't assign and tag in the same function. It makes you choose two different functions. I hope this is something that can get worked on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We share an email for our HR department, and there are about three people that use it, which made it difficult in the past to keep track of who owns what and does what. We used to miss many emails and not respond promptly.

What do you like best about the product?
Hiver streamlines our company processes. We are able to delegate work more effectively as well as notifying each other of work that needs to be done. The rules also save us time and prevent unnecessary clutter in our inboxes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The most frustrating thing is using Hiver with a shared company email. If I delete an email in my inbox, it deletes it for everyone and removes it from Hiver. Sometimes, the rules do not apply properly, and some emails slip through the cracks. There are also times when I create a rule to automatically close an email, but it still ends up in the unassigned inbox. Also, having two inboxes (regular and Hiver) is slightly annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hiver solves excessive inbox clutter due to the large volume of emails we receive from clients on a daily basis. Since each of us is assigned to one client, but we share a company email, we can use rules to automatically assign emails to the designated employee.

Very easy to use. Provides great automation features. Makes email management very easy especially when multiple people need to work on the same email.

None. Very convenient to use and provides alot of utility

We get tons of emails in a day and this software helps us organize, manage, and take action on those emails in a very streamlined manner.

What do you like best about the product?
Hiver gives you the ability to work on multiple emails at the same time. This helps you to be more productive.
What do you dislike about the product?
For me, it is just that when we have deactivated the user and unknowingly it was the over of the inbox. Though, the support resolve this immediately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is the management of multiple inbox. As an administrator of all gmail accounts, I have to access those inboxes simultaneously. Hiver eliminates the process of opening multiple tabs just to view the emails.

What do you like best about the product?
Hiver has streamlined our inbox! We used to have to respond to every single email with "done" so everyone else knew that it was taken care of, and Hiver made it so we didn't have to do that anymore!
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the features are behind a paywall. We get it; it is a business and to keep offering an incredible product there definitely needs to be levels of service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hiver has helped us solve who is taking care of which email. Assigning them to the correct individual has been such a great feature! We're very happy with the service and know it keeps our business running smoothly.
Solid solution if you want to use Gmail as a HelpDesk
What do you like best about the product?
No significant training is required, and it is easy to implement and deploy. No additional platforms are needed.

What do you dislike about the product?
Once emails are added to Hiver, any response is visible to anyone, which can create a privacy concern.
There have been occasional glitches with Gmail integration, but they mostly get fixed.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deal with a shared inbox in an efficient manor and ability to use it as a helpdesk. Helps reduce clutter and multiple people replying to same emails. Also no need to bcc.
Better than ZenDesk!
What do you like best about the product?
We love that we could keep our GMAIL but just add Hiver to help organize, assign and tag. There was little to no learning curve for users. The customer service has been friendly and always quickly available via chat.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I can think of as a downside is:
I want to be able to set availability hours for the Live Chat. I often forget to switch it off when no one can answer, so the customers get left hanging sometimes.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our business owners do not have time to monitor email closely, so having a shared inbox is good so nothing gets ignored.

I love the email assignment and labeling the best. Also tracking notes within the email is very beneficial.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does tend to crash fairly frequently which causes us to have to reinstall the plugin.

Hiver is fantastic for teams who need to share a company email. We are able to organize emails among individuals while keeping a central email for others to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
This may just be our internet, but the tags to organize emails can take several tries sometimes to take.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hiver allows our department to have a single professional email for purchases and general questions to go to. This reduces confusion for external people with questions as they don't have to figure out who to email.
