Hiver is essential to our team
What do you like best about the product?
It makes inbox management a breeze. Our team has a few shared inboxes and the need to collaborate is great. Hiver makes this easy, and we have found it indispensable even in less busy seasons.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price increase has made it a bit hard for us to continue to use it, and we've started looking at other platforms that can perform similar functions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team collectively contributes, monitors and responds from the same shared inboxes, and this allows a clear assignment system, notes, and tagging that allows this to function.

What do you like best about the product?
I do like that multiple people can use Hiver in our organization. I also like that emails can be assigned to a specific person.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have had difficulty using Hiver, so I prefer not to use it. I will need to look up Youtube videos to guide me on how to use Hiver.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For our organization, Hiver solves the problem of being our help center when in need of assistance.

It is a very helpful tool at my workplace. Would reccommend.

Nothing stands out to me that is negative at this time.

It helps keeping my emails organised.
Simple and Easy for Billing Mail Management
What do you like best about the product?
Ticketing System, ease of assigning, Tracking of the status of the Invoices, ease of checking status of the team open Items and why they are pending. We can write Notes there and Tag Partucular person in the Team.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is space for improvement in terms of Closed Stat9and Pending Staus of the tickets like once we closed the ticket means everything done so if new mail comes to that thread hiver should put some extra alerting system otherwise there is no use of closing that ticket and again it is opening simply with new mail in the thread.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Earlier we use manual forwarding of emails to get the invoice accounted and it is very difficult to track the stauts there but with hiver we simply assign and we can see the status on the right panel.
Easy Way to organize the company inbox
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Hiver is how easy it is to get started quickly. It is super user-friendly and makes it very easy to organize our organization"s inbox
What do you dislike about the product?
It could be easier to close out emails that have already been handled. But that is small in the grand scheme of how helpful the app is.

We have one inbox for all areas of our business and it make it easier to filter out emails to make sure it gets to the best person to respond quickly

What do you like best about the product?
Can share one inbox with multiple users. Able to assign work to the entire team. Hiver offers the ability to communicate about one email with several people using Hiver notes. We can auto-assign emails as they come in or even put automation in place to tag a certain way or assign certain emails to specific people
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Hiver seems to glitch. At first glance, the assignment numbers are not accurate based on the actual number assigned to a person. There also appears to be an issue with emails assigned to one person but looking like they are given to someone else.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hiver is helping us to be able to have multiple inboxes and manage those across an extensive team. We can control the flow of emails to the team and utilize this tool across a group that spans multiple time zones and international locations. We can communicate through the Hiver notes about a particular issue, and searching for historical information in Hiver is easy.
