What do you like best about the product?
I find Hiver as an incredible tool for organization, where you can get notified of any task or instruction.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't see anything wrong with Hiver. It is really very useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps a lot to keep my tasks up to date.

Email organization made easy

What do you like best about the product?
Hiver makes teamwork work! It's really easy to communicate with my team, one might think that with so many people and so many emails, one might have a hard time finding old emails, but with the filter and search functions it's too easy especially love it for new team members they get the hang of it instantly and learn to use it every day
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I dislike outright, just a suggestion for a new feature, read receipts, I'd love it if Hiver had a way to know who read my email and when, there are some extensions that already do this, but since the mailbox is shared, whenever my teammates open the email it doesn't differentiate and shows it as read, so if Hiver had this feature it would help a lot, to know what teammate is reading our email and when, but mostly when our customer is reading my email, to know if they are aware of the email sent or if they're too busy to even look at it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Team communication, time saver, instead of having 8 different emails for our customers to contact, we just have the shared mailbox and assign emails to the team as it seems fit for every occasion

What do you like best about the product?
Great value for money.
Love that it is integrated with gmail so we don't have to use yet another service.
Great collaboration and ease of view.
Fast and efficent customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the integration dissapears from gmail but usually it reappears after refreshing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hiver allows us to collaborate on shared inboxes and allow us to understand what emails have been responded to. Previously we had no overview of who had responded to what and if the issue was resolved.

What do you like best about the product?
Hiver is an incredible email extension for anyone that works collaboratively with others. My team work hybridly across multiple locations (offices; WFH etc). It allows us to seamlessly manage a department - inclusive of team support; referral and otherwise general enquiries. I love having a shared inbox with my team - which allows us all to be kept in the loop
What do you dislike about the product?
I am unsure the purpose of 'pending' feature, and how this can be useful for our team. Hiver will also automatically 'open' emails when any reply comes through (regardless if our email was included in the addressee's) - which at times is beneficial but usually nil and void.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our shared inbox is mainly run by myself and 2 other team members, however has an additional 3 members - who are our executive leadership team. This allows us to run our own team, however ensuring our ELT are kept in the loop.
It is also solving 'who is taking the lead' on projects, as you can assign emails to members - which reduces notifications for all other members (that are not assigned)

What do you like best about the product?
Having different inboxes for each department within the company makes everything so effiecient. I also really like the ability to "assign" an email to someone, and also be able to make notes/updates on whats going on with this specific email. We use it literally everyday. The ease of implentation and integration was simple and straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hmm I have nothing to add at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Assigning task/email to a specific person and also organizing departments. It makes sorting the emails and knowing who will work on what so much more efficent.

Hiver is a help desk solution that integrates with Google Workspace and Gmail, making it familiar and easy to learn, especially for those already using Google Workspace.

What do you dislike about the product?
Regarding pricing, Hiver's Lite plan starts at $15 per user per month when billed annually, but it does not include all features, which can be a significant limitation. The higher-tier plans are disproportionately more expensive compared to the features they offer, which can be a particular issue for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs). For these businesses, the costs associated with using Hiver may prove too high, potentially limiting their ability to fully leverage the tool's capabilities. But I still think it's worth it!

What do you like best about the product?
Hiver has made organization for our law firm so easy. Before Hiver, we were constantly struggling with making sure that everyone was on the same page, as far as communicating with clients goes. It is easy to keep everyone updated, communication clear, and streamline our processes! Hiver is very simple to use, which makes things move even smoother.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue we have with Hiver is when it stops working and won't add emails to Hiver. Although this doesn't happen very often, it causes issues for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The communication issues that come with having dozens of clients. Hiver has effectively eliminated our previous issues with communciation.

What do you like best about the product?
Hiver has revolutionized the way I manage my Gmail inbox, and I couldn't be more impressed. The standout feature for me is the seamless collaboration it enables within Gmail. Shared inboxes and the ability to assign emails to team members have transformed our communication workflow. It's incredibly easy to track who is handling what, ensuring that nothing falls through the cracks.

The snooze feature is another game-changer. With a single click, I can temporarily remove an email from my inbox and have it return at a time of my choosing. This has significantly improved my productivity by helping me prioritize tasks effectively.

The shared notes and tags feature is a brilliant addition, making it effortless to leave comments and provide context within the email thread. It's like having a built-in communication platform right within Gmail, enhancing collaboration without the need for external tools.

The real-time activity feed is the icing on the cake. Being able to see who's viewing or responding to an email in real-time fosters a sense of transparency and accountability among team members.

Hiver's user interface is intuitive and user-friendly, requiring minimal training for the team to get up and running. The responsiveness of the customer support team is commendable, with quick and helpful responses whenever we've had inquiries or issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Hiver is an excellent tool, there are a few areas where it could see improvement. The mobile app, while functional, lacks some of the features available on the desktop version. Enhancing the mobile experience would be a significant benefit for users who need to manage their emails on the go.

Additionally, while the pricing is reasonable for the value provided, it might be a consideration for smaller teams or individuals. Offering more flexible pricing plans or a free tier for basic functionalities could make Hiver more accessible to a wider audience.

Despite these minor drawbacks, Hiver remains an indispensable tool for optimizing Gmail for collaborative work environments. The positives far outweigh the negatives, making it an essential asset for any team relying on Gmail for their communication needs.
