Good Software for managing inbox
What do you like best about the product?
Hiver helps us organize our inbox since we have multiple team members. The implementation was super straight forward.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have been using Hiver for almost 3 months. So far everything is good with Hiver.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hiver helps us manage the inbox by assigning emails to the correct person on our team this allows our team to be more effective
Fantastic Communication Visibility Tool!
What do you like best about the product?
The shared support inbox and email templates are a game changer for our support team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any dislikes to share. So far so good!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Client requests & communication via shared support inbox email. This helps our team gain the visibility around client communication & tasks.
Helps with team collaboration and helps keep emails organized.
What do you like best about the product?
I really like that I can see who has been emailing with the client and what has been talked about so that I can be in the loop to help the customer feel heard and like they are being taken care of.
What do you dislike about the product?
All great things from me! Keeps everything in a centralized place to stay on top on incoming emails and comminication.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the internal communication relating to clients and their requests and needs. It is nice to be able to see all emails in the shared folder to help the team out when they may have multiple emails to get to, I can reach out and say that I am taking this email and can help alleviate the stress of email buildup.
It's a great work-flow addition
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate being able to assign business work and emails to mutliple colleagues.
Because this works as intended I have not had to reach out in the last two years for customer support.
I am currently use this tool to seperate work but also to view what others are working on. It is easy to find an email if left for a long time or catch up with what a group is working on.
From the first time I installed it it integrated right into my google apps.

I really have not had a negative experience with it. It is simple, plug and play. - It just works as intended
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes following up with our customers a breeze, find our seperate work folow and still keeps us all connected by using the drop-down lists.

What do you like best about the product?
Hiver is a great tool to stay organized specially when managing multiple inboxes! It allows you to manage the inboxes in one space. It also helps with email organizing with tags. This helps me find the emails that I need faster when I filter with a label. It is user friendly and very essential!
What do you dislike about the product?
At this moment I don't have anything to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to manage multiple email accounts in one place and keeping emails organized.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the tagging of emails, status of the emails (closed, pending, open), easy to use. Customer service is great if you have an issue.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is why I rated an 8 as opposed to a 10. I don't like how those emails still come to my personal inbox as well as the shared inbox. When we have multiple people receiving these emails, they will tend to trash it, not thinking that it gets trashed for all of us. Sometimes it will say if someone is replying to an email but sometimes it doesn't. Just a few little things. Overall it's fine.

I do not like the fact that I have to log in every other time if I do not enter the day before

Emails made easy!!
What do you like best about the product?
Hiver is very useful in terms of organization throughout shared mailboxes in our business. It allows us to filter and sort emails with ease while maintaining who has had touchpoints on which emails!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any issues or dislikes about Hiver!

Hiver solves the problem of disorganization in our shared mailboxes, and allows us to properly assign and track conversations with customers to ensure we are providing excellent customer service!
Experience with Hiver
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to manage emails and help inbox with efficiency and collaborate easily on emails with the team. It is very easy to integrate with the mail platform we use. This is a software that we use every single second for our team and has been a great tool to support our clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occassionally it will lkog you out or have software issues where emails may not show up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hiver helps to create a help inbox for our team to use in responding to client that makes it very easy to quickly assign emails, respond to emails, and collaborate as a team on emails. It brings our customer support to the next level.
Hiver has made managing a shared inbox so easy!
What do you like best about the product?
As the leader of my department, I have full insight into how my team is answering emails sent to a shared inbox. The functionality of Hiver makes my life so much easier and I can see how they are responding, when they are responding and if they require clarification, they can tag me in a comment and I can help them out in a sinch! I also love the templates and the SLC - saves my team time and ensures we are responding to all emails in a timely fashion. Hiver has caught on in our organization and I will never do without it!
What do you dislike about the product?
If you get logged out of Hiver and you have messages pending, it doesn't flag it for you. So you have to make sure you're always logged in.
