What do you like best about the product?
I like the user friendly Interface that Hiver is Providing. In addition to that it is very smooth and reliable. It will be good if it will provide a different tagging feature and a chat feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are too many updates on weekends so it is disturbing my work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
Tagging CS rep to emails, the use of colors on a user level would be spectacular.
What do you dislike about the product?
Please open search parameters to be able to search notes field.

A great tool, even for small teams!

What do you like best about the product?
Hiver helps keep our shared email system organized and effective, which can become a tricky proposal even with a super small team of three people! It helps us stay clear on who is handling which clients and the status of their replies. It also helps us to pass the responsibility back and forth between different employees when need be, which can be difficult if forwarding between multiple email account.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be amazing if this ran in browsers other than Chrome! We love Firefox, but need this tool to keep our team organized so can't use it. It's also clear that it's still an app in development, sometimes certain features just don't work or appear in the ways they're supposed to; the pop up menu will just not appear sometimes, or not have full functionality when it does, also things move around relatively ofter, which I'm sure is moving toward optimization, but can throw off the day-to-day flow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping growing small business on top of all of the requests that we receive from customers through different channels that all filter into our inbox.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be aware that it only works in Chrome, so if you're reliant on another browser for some reason it may not work with your workflow/ you'll need to have multiple browsers open at once.

Good Solution for Shared Inbox

What do you like best about the product?
The shared inbox allows us to respond to customer service inquiries and make sure someone is handling these issues. We assign the emails to a team member and also use the notes to inform one another of needed information. Hiver integrates with Gmail online well and is intuitive to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Assignments and notes can get lost with a high volume of emails. I would like to see a more visible notification and assignment banner or box. Android app seems to be a bit buggy. Sometimes, emails will not open in the app. I would also like to see more options for specific notifications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hiver helps us respond to customer inquiries and enables our team to keep track of customer service issues.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that the emails are sorted, can easily identify and locate the emails.
You can use pending, if you haven't finished working a specific email.
You can close once your done.
What do you dislike about the product?
We experience delayed emails, sometimes the closed emails are being reopen.

What do you like best about the product?
It allows shared visibility across my team and I like the email templates.

Wish the email templates could be more dynamic with autofill, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to assign emails, tag people in emails, and the ability to filter emails and "close" them out. All great features for working with a team, where a lot of hands will touch various aspects of communication.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish that there was a better organization option for when there are multiple folders. I have a lot of tags to organize my emails, and it can be easy to get lost. I would also wish for a general, all unread inbox to ensure that I'm not missing anything going through filters.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main thing that's getting solved is communication internally on who owns a particular email, or conversation.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The biggest hurdle is overcoming the practices and habits that we all have with emails.

What do you like best about the product?
That we can continue to use Gmail but still have a shared inbox—work where you work everyday but still work together
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far, Hiver does exactly what we need it to do
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working together in sales, customer support within your normal Gmail inbox without introducing a new tool. Customers can just write you to your normal email address but you can still share the knowledge.
