Excellent product and Customer Success Support

What do you like best about the product?
In a short period, the tool has been able to improve our MTTR and can do the work of one full-time analyst. The customer success team is outstanding job supporting out goals.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see an online move works community than can be used to support and share ideas.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Moveworks product is reducing MTTR, enhancing the end-user experience and allowing our Service Desk team to focus on other ITprojects.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
an Online users community would be very useful/

Moveworks Moves our Help Desk Forward

What do you like best about the product?
Moveworks helps our users not lock out their accounts by proactively sending reminders it's time to reset passwords.
What do you dislike about the product?
We dislike that we didn't implement the language options sooner. Now Moveworks has Spanish and several other languages available for users to ask the questions in the language they are more comfortable using.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Moveworks will answer users questions and provide Knowledge base articles that a person can further explore. Also, Moveworks allows targeted communications that can go out by region, specific users or all employees.

Great chat bot, increases efficiency while reducing workload.

What do you like best about the product?
The team helping us implement and fine tune this has been really great. We've had a number of questions along the way and getting all the details sorted would have been chaos without their assistance. They've provided tips and tricks, helps us make business decision changes to better improve accuracy, and have been nothing but helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some limitations around where the data can be sourced for our own self hosted articles. We've sort of hit a plateau on growth which will require a large manual effort to be able to continue to increase what else the AI can handle.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Moveworks is handling IT service desk type requests. It has been implemented via Slack and is now fielding most of the requests as they come in to see if it can help with things like resetting passwords, DLs, access requests, MFA resets and more. I love that its helping us scale our IT services team without needing to continually just increase headcounts.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There's a certain level of effort you, as a company, have to be willing to commit to. If you're willing to commit to that, moveworks will also commit on their end to ensure you have a great product. Its efficient, flexible, and works pretty great. The team supporting us is fantastic. They help make everything function while making sure we understand the what, why, and how part of it.

Great Service to Streamline Requests

What do you like best about the product?
Moveworks has helped us streamline all support functions. From inquiring about an IT ticket status, to quickly updating a request, all via Slack.

It has been a real help for our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I can think of, the system has been extremely helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
Great support team! Very knowledgeable and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
MW offers great insight on Bot Optimization but I wish they had better writers on their team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are all about self service!! Love that it even helps to fill out Forms/tickets.

What do you like best about the product?
As an engineer, it's saved me quite a bit of time having to manually file tickets for issues that either have existing documentation or for things that can be easily automated. It also improves the time to resolution for our IT team by alleviating the number of tickets they need to manually respond to. I also like that I can get instant responses and feedback from the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't always understand the intent of a question perfectly. I've sometimes asked questions about how to perform a certain process, and it returns a generic answer which isn't very helpful for my query. In these cases, though, I'm still able to redirect the ticket to our IT team to have them help out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Moveworks helps significantly reduce the operational burden on our IT team, which is often swamped with different requests, many which are tedious to answer over and over. Furthermore, it also makes the lives of engineers and other people within the org a bit easier by speeding up the time for response. Many requests are just needing to get approval from various parties, and Moveworks helps organize and automate all of this manual work.

What do you like best about the product?
Reduces toil on support desk staff by triaging and connecting employees to the knowledge and actions needed to resolve requests automously
What do you dislike about the product?
It is hard to find issues with the platform. It is not a drop-in and-go solution. You get what you put in so investment in faq's and automation is needed. The MW team will partner with you and support a successful implementation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Resolves common issues in minutes vs. days. Automates provisioning of SaaS applications. Reduces services desk toil allowing team members to move up the value chain.

Moveworks automation makes my tiny helpdesk work

What do you like best about the product?
Moveworks integrates with our ticketing system and our chat system. This way it is present in the areas where our users reach out to us. There aren't any other chatbots, or automatic ticket bots that have this level of customization but intelligence.
What do you dislike about the product?
Quarterly data was gathered from movework's own tableau instance. The data points were sort of decided for me and are difficult to gather quickly and for specific dates that I'd like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a very small service desk and stand against an unending tide of tickets and questions. Our moveworks slack bot, along with proper knowledgebase creation, handles an enormous amount of tickets.

What do you like best about the product?
One stop shop for all my IT issues. Natural language interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
It didn't work really well for a specific use case (employment verification letter) that was linked to workday
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Employee onboarding when IT requests volume for the new hire is highest is the best value. But it also becomes a natural place for follow on requests

High value in terms of employee experience and productivity
