I would appreciate more depth in some of the filter options. It can be difficult to really drill down to the right contact

What do you like best about the product?
I like that ZoomInfo Sales has a good UI, which makes it easier to use and saves time for everybody. I also appreciate that the quality of the contact information is accurate for the most part, along with the quantity of it. It's convenient that I don't have to go to multiple sources to find information; I can generally find what I need in ZoomInfo Sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
It just goes back to the quality and the continuous quality aspect of it. I mean, it's still good, but I could even see it even getting better. So that'd be the area, and of course, now with AI and so forth, just continuous innovation there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo Sales helps with prospecting by providing accurate and abundant contact information, saving time by consolidating data in one place.

I like that the right information is at your fingertips with ZoomInfo Sales. I really appreciate getting the right information on your contacts quickly, which means contacting the right person with the correct title and in the appropriate position. The initial setup was also very easy.

Essential Tool for Modern CRM Navigation
What do you like best about the product?
I mainly use ZoomInfo Sales to find website intent and see who in my CRM is viewing the website. I can filter it down by person, persona, or industry, which makes it super helpful. I get contact information like emails, direct lines, and whether the contact is still employed or the company is still in business—it's pretty much the whole nine yards and very helpful for outbound tasks. I like how up to date and modern it is, and how easy it is to navigate as a platform as a whole. It helps me sort through my CRM accounts that are not updated, allowing me to import contacts that are up to date and relevant.
What do you dislike about the product?
The home page where I find alerts is hard to navigate. I wish I could connect it directly with the account in my CRM and have it give me alerts based on those specific accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use ZoomInfo Sales to find website intent and see who in my CRM is visiting. I get detailed contact information, helping with outbound processes. It provides backup info on employment status, which is helpful when Salesforce feels outdated.

I use ZoomInfo Sales for prospecting and building targeted accounts lists. It helps us find the right contacts and get accurate company data to reach out through email and phone. I like how ZoomInfo Sales brings everything together in one place, like company insights and intent signals. It makes prospecting much faster and more targeted so we can focus on reaching the right people at the right time. Prioritizing the right accounts is much easier as we can see which companies are actively researching topics related to our solutions, making outreach much more relevant. The initial setup of ZoomInfo Sales was very easy.

Data accuracy is something which can be improved, like providing direct phone numbers and email addresses for someone who has been recently joined or moved to a new company.

I use ZoomInfo Sales for prospecting and building targeted account lists. It helps us find the right contacts quickly and get accurate company data, making outreach much more relevant and targeted. This streamlines identifying decision makers and speeds up the process.

I find ZoomInfo Sales very user-friendly and extremely easy to use. It’s dynamic and provides a lot of insight into potential prospects and decision-makers, even when full information isn’t available. We’ve run successful email marketing campaigns and closed good deals after using their contact data. The response rate for emails we’ve sent using ZoomInfo Sales contact information has been impressively good.
What I really like is that it helps us reach people we couldn’t have contacted directly through other tools or programs we’ve used in the past. The initial setup was straightforward, and the platform feels intuitive, which minimizes the need for extensive training.
Another function I’ve found especially useful is the company descriptions; the results we’ve gotten from them have been very accurate.

What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t dislike anything about the tool. My main suggestion is to keep expanding the data coverage for Latin America. We also use it for searches in Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and the US, and in those regions I’ve found it to be very robust.
It would be great to improve the presence of, and access to, information for countries in Latin America. Also, some of the contact information isn’t updated—there are cases where contacts no longer work at their companies or don’t hold those positions anymore. That said, I understand this isn’t easy to keep current in a world where professional mobility moves so fast.
Overall, I love ZoomInfo and have already recommended it to former colleagues and family.
