Does the job well, easy to use and updates continually
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy access to senior execs in specific fields takes away a lot of heavy lifting for my sales team finding the right people with contact details

Search very long winded, woud like to see an AI working here, tell them what you want which area and go

The most helpful aspect of ZoomInfo Sales is the ability to refine your search as much as needed to ensure that you reach the proper contacts, maximizing your sales potential.

Sometimes, the software can take time to load. It can be slow and sometimes require a restart before opening.

ZoomInfo is contantly working on their software, keeping it up to date and incorporating any new, helpful sales technology.

What do you like best about the product?
If you're having trouble reaching your target audience or any key personnel, the app at least gives you a fighting chance to get your job/the job done.

The only thing I disliked was that the database doesn't get updated often enough.

Prospect and company informations are updated frequently and have been smoothlessly integrated with our CRM tool, which saves alot of time

Data we export most of the time has around 10% of dead leads or I can say outdated or inaccurate

The quality of data is great compare to other vendors, it suffice the problem of not able to have data

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how easy it is to navigate through companies, contacts, and target accounts on ZoomInfo—it's very user-friendly! The mobile app is also a great feature, allowing me to access and find contacts while on the road. I particularly love the filtering capabilities, which make it easy to focus on specific buying groups, industries, and contacts in certain locations. I also enjoy the chrome extension as it takes fewer clicks to access contact/company info when browsing LinkedIn or customer websites.
What do you dislike about the product?
Recently, while making cold calls, a prospect informed me that I had left a voicemail on his daughter's cell phone due to their shared plan. I've observed that the quality of the information, including recent phone numbers and email addresses, is occasionally inaccurate or missing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo enables me to quickly create call lists, understand company buying groups, and find the right contacts. This helps me accelerate my sales cycle and avoid wasting time on the wrong contacts.
