What do you like best about the product?
I use ZoomInfo Sales for process automation, like adding phone numbers and emails for my prospecting efforts, and it helps with lead generation. I like how quick and easy it is to use; it makes my job interesting and helpful for finding the necessary information I need on a company and personas. It's valuable for providing quality information on a person and a company. The initial setup was super easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the data quality isn't the best. For example, if someone left a company, it might still sync them at a previous firm. This rarely happens, but when it does, it can hurt my prospecting efforts a bit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use ZoomInfo Sales for process automation, like adding phone numbers and emails, and it helps with lead generation and syncing my prospecting efforts.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about ZoomInfo Sales is the accuracy and depth of its data. The platform provides reliable contact information and comprehensive company insights, which significantly reduce my research time. The advanced filters are incredibly powerful and make it easy to focus on the right prospects while avoiding duplicates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I come across contacts that are no longer valid, and updating them takes extra time. Aside from that, the platform can feel a bit overwhelming for new users because there are so many features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo solves my biggest challenge as an SDR—finding the right prospects quickly. The accurate data, company insights, and advanced filters help me save time, improve targeting, and build a stronger sales pipeline.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that there's many different ways to organize or filter through results. Filtering by company, roles, and seniority level is huge for me when I'm pulling lists for campaigns. It really helps when searching for specific roles or titles and targeting different departments. Setting up ZoomInfo Sales was very easy too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of my pop-ups on different websites don't work. But that's an issue with the extension on Google Chrome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo Sales solves the issue of duplicate names in systems and helps me prospect faster and more accurately by allowing different ways to filter and organize results based on company, roles, and seniority level, which is huge when pulling lists for campaigns.

Easy access to emails, along with clear information on how many employees the company has and where it is located.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can’t think of any negatives at the moment. I genuinely like everything about Zoom Info.

What do you like best about the product?
I use ZoomInfo Sales for tracking down prospecting leads and gaining information on decision makers. I appreciate how it compiles all the information I would normally have to hunt for on Google into one place, including contact info that's hard to get elsewhere. I love the ease of exporting this information straight into my CRM. The ease of use and the valuable information it provides are what I like most. It seemed like a lot at first, but over time, I found every bit of it useful in one situation or another. It makes obtaining a decision maker's cell number extremely easy and provides several pieces of contact info for different types of customers. The convenience of having information I would spend hours collecting available with just the search of a business name is amazing. I also found it very easy to set up.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the AI was a little better or more customizable. It uses a lot of dashes, endashes, and emdashes making it obvious AI.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use ZoomInfo Sales to track down leads and gain decision maker info. It compiles hard-to-find contact information and exports it to my CRM, saving me hours of searching.

What do you like best about the product?
The zoominfo sales i have used for lead sourcing part it is good accuracy rate of phone numbers and Emails
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing experience that but comparatively other tools zoominfo is good one
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
in my part is lead sourcing to our BDR's most of tools i have used but i am not satisfied but zoominfo have the data base most we like it

What do you like best about the product?
I primarily use ZoomInfo Sales for prospecting and lead generation, and I really like its data enrichment and accuracy. It helps me filter out the right party contacts for my calling, and the accuracy is so good that I can find HQ numbers, direct numbers, and company insights. I also appreciate the intent signals feature. The initial demo call with their support team and YouTube videos greatly helped with the initial setup. I think it's the best tool for the job, and I would recommend it 10/10.

I use ZoomInfo Sales for prospecting and lead generation. It saves me time finding prospects, allows me to build accurate data, find email addresses, and filter contacts. Data enrichment is great for getting accurate contact details, including HQ and direct numbers, plus company insights.

Easy Lead Downloads with Powerful Filtering

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to download a lot of leads, depending the revenue, industry, location, company size and more. If I had an issue the customer support was fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
Most of the leads or POC were not updated or take to long to update and we had to google the correct information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me was downloading a lot of leads, the massive download is something I loved.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the amount of contacts ZoomInfo Sales provides me to call on. It really helps with getting emails, which is greatly beneficial.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that sometimes the employee head count number provided under the location information is inaccurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use ZoomInfo Sales for grabbing contacts at the C-level and verifying emails and numbers along with titles.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo Sales is a very easy & manageable tool to get in touch with people we need to work with or with whom we've lost contact. Can be accessed anywhere, anytime. The google add-on has helped a lot as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some searches do not get through directly, BUT i always manage to find what i need through the google add-on. Thumbs up !

Maximizing reach & sales while keeping contact and public relations.
