Best tool I have ever used for getting contact info
What do you like best about the product?
Can easily grab information about a prospect from their linkedin page. Easily import into other sales tools.

search isn't perfect. more information being imported would be nice

I like that it can help you find information that you are seeking on different businesses

I feel like the service is fairly antiquated in comparison with whta is out there

It helps find you a direct contact at a specific business which I really found useful

Good clean data. I also love the chrome extension, I use it for quick on the fly company lookups. Gives me HQ, company size, technologies used, and contacts -- just awesome!
Search functionality is user friendly and it's easy to pull and export lists.

Not a whole lot to complain about. The only thing I'd say is expand contact base to keep including more people outside of IT. It's been getting better on this front.

Accurate contact information, direct dial & email, in the b2b space.

Until recently bought by a PE firm there were no updates or improvements to the platform.

Hands down the best data company for prospecting
What do you like best about the product?
I love zoominfo. In my book it's the best for high volume prospecting. When evaluating vendors for data I always ask how they get their data. Zoominfo has a genius way of collecting data that is reliable and consistent.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occassionally the customer service has not been satisfactory. Showing up late for calls, not responding fast enough to emails compared to other vendors we use, etc. Overall the product is great but the training of the people could be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used Zoominfo for a variety of reasons,
ZoomInfo, great for phone numbers, mediocre for people

ZoomInfo allows our team to find phone numbers (often Direct Lines) and email for the prospects we want to connect with.

A huge percentage of contacts in ZoomInfo are outdated and no longer work at the company.

We use ZoomInfo to identify the names and contact information of the accounts we prospect.

Use it in addition to a product like LinkedIn Sales Navigator to get the best information.

Ability to quickly find accurate contact information for the majority of my prospects and the data accuracy is a lot better than some other tools

some of the information is not up-to-date, there isn't a quick way to manually search lists for partial names

My Team and I have been using ZoomInfo for over a year and it has given us insights about our prospects that we've never even thought of. It is the best database marketing software out there and I'd recommend everyone in Sales to use it!

What do you like best about the product?
DiscoverOrg has been a great marketing and sales intelligence solution for myself and the rest of our sales development team. DiscoverOrg has allowed me to accurately identify specific accounts and prospects to outreach to regarding our solution. The solution has significantly impacted my Account-Based Sales/Marketing methodology with access to the right information (intelligence) for my outbound efforts. With the acquisition of RainKing, DiscoverOrg is clearly the leader in the sales intelligence industry and I wouldn't search anywhere else for another solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much to dislike with a solution like DiscoverOrg that is focused on enabling sales and marketing teams with the most accurate prospect information. It would be great if they built in a sync with CRMs to identify when accounts and prospects are already within your CRM ecosystem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
DiscoverOrg is providing our sales team with access to the most accurate account and prospect data for our outbound efforts in driving meetings and closed business. The solution is certainly increasing our connect rates and interactions with prospects.
