Using Salesloft in Sales
What do you like best about the product?
I love the info extractor feature the most on the extension!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like when the info isn't up to date to their current company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Faster contact with prospects due to phone and email info given, vs. manual searching or guessing.
We use ZoomInfo to discover business prospects.

Their platform is very user friendly, their pricing is competitive and we find their data to be pretty accurate.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing about the platform that we dislike.

It's a lead generation tool. We use ZoomInfo to gather info on prospective clients.
ZoomInfo has provided my sales team a reliable resource when it comes to prospecting.

I like the Salesforce integration where we can update a leads contact information right on the lead page.

I do not like the fact that I have to re-login to ZoomInfo on the lead page in Salesforce everyday.

We are solving the business problem of contact info verification. The benefits I have realized is the prospecting capabilities ZoomInfo has when searching for people with specific job titles or functions.

The quality of the data is good and it covers many executives .

The product is good. I would like to see lower tier product offerings.

I own a lead generation business, I solve the problem of new prospects for my clients. The data on contacts is a good vehicle to producing more leads.

ZoomInfo has the best contact information I have ever used. It is very dependable and if they do not have a new contact you can use others within the company and learn what their information should be.

The cost is a little bit higher than other competitors.

Credit based instead of subscription based, though that could just be the service model my company is on

To increase sales efforts, and have been able to more effectively connect with decision makers.
ZoomInfo has helped us find our target audience over and over again.

The direct dials are very accurate. We are able to focus on staying on the phones instead of hunting for #'s.

Data could be updated more frequently. 6 months to the persona we sell in to could mean lots of job changes.

We are helping our sales people focus on what they do best, selling. The benefit of trusting the data and being able to focus your research on business alignment is crucial.

Make sure that everyone on the team understands HOW to use each trigger properly or you could pull insufficient data.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo is great for finding any company information and narrowing that information down to find the right person and right information.
What do you dislike about the product?
It isn't perfect but it is my go to system. It could be better at company employee totals and maybe clearing out old out dated information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is the best tool for finding the right person in almost any company. It solves the daily issue of finding phone numbers and emails for prospects.
