Must Have
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to submit research requests, org charts, and capability to import contacts into SFDC. It is a great way to keep having contacts added into the database.
What do you dislike about the product?
Research requests take longer than i'd like. In addition, sometimes people are still at the company, but because they have to confirm on the phone sometimes it's difficult to get contacts added although the contact is present.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Old contact data begin refreshed and ensuring we are able to find new contacts to prospect to.

What do you like best about the product?
The up to date information saves me time that I can reallocate for closing business rather than researching data

Sometimes the cost can take you back but it is easily justified with the value the rtool prvides for efficiency.

Less time researching, more time connecting with customers and ultimately closing business.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to look up businesses, find the right contacts and download them to SalesForce. Also having the ability to link it for web browsing and SalesForce lead management. I also like the ability to see who reports to who and the integration to linked in to verify more info on the prospect.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the ability to down load the right people at times and crossing multiple industries and sub categories, maybe just a preference thing for me. Also some of the data at times is either incorrect and there is no phone number listed for the person I'm trying to contact, but understandable at times.

DiscoverOrg helps me generate leads and target the right industries and propects.

What do you like best about the product?
The contacts are accurate, within the org chart. Usually, about 95% of the time, have the right email and phone. Quick to search contacts/companies and also to pull large lists

What do you like best about the product?
It is incredible. The ONLY negative thing I have to say is we do a lot of events with startups and most of their details aren't in DO but for the events capturing leads for enterprise execs, I've never seen a better data platform.

What do you like best about the product?
DiscoverOrg has a million features that I love. The search capabilities are endless. Whether you're segmenting by industry, type of technology used by a company, title, etc, DiscoverOrg always additional ways to look at the data.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great to have more contact info for smaller companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's easy to get email addresses and phone numbers for the people who would be a good fit for your services.

What do you like best about the product?
I love so many things, but I would have to say the most recent thing I love is the new OppAlerts tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it doesn't have very many contacts on even bigger companies. Also, sometimes when there's a hierarchy of companies you get contacts from other companies in there.

Prospecting. Made. Easier.

A lot of contacts and the opp alerts are great!

10% increase in cost each year. This is a large increase for a small business.

DiscoverOrg is constantly adding new and updated contacts so we always have a fresh batch of prospects to call on. The data that they give is great. I'm able to filter down to exactly what I'm looking for.

What do you like best about the product?
DiscoverOrg has the most accurate data across the board from the tools I have used in my career.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only feature I have noticed is a lack of the ability to build lead lists with corporate Hierarchy built in. For example, I manage a territory and our organization maps accounts based on the ultimate corporate hierarchy. Meaning a lead in my territory may actually roll to an account that has a parent outside of my territory. This would not be my lead to work but would go to whatever rep covers the ultimate parent account. This is pretty common sales rules of engagement.
Discoverorg can map hierarchy on accounts, just not lead views. This has been the only thing the platform seems to lack after using it for 60 days. Fantastic product!

DiscoverOrg helps us go after accounts that we would spend forever building out manually. Like, months at best.
Excellent Product
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Discover Org is so up to date on all companies and employees. It is essential for us in sales to have the correct contacts along with correct phone numbers. I also LOVE the scoops feature. This allows me to target specific accounts where we can uncover a need.

I dont dislike anything about discover org

In sales we are solving the barrier between us and prospective clients, we are able to contact employees and target them based off information that Discover org provides.
