Wonderful Tool
What do you like best about the product?
DiscoverOrg is a great lead generation tool. With accurate information about key decision makers and the business I can reach out and have an excellent idea of what key areas of training would most likely be needed. If any of the information about key decision makers in incorrect, I have a quick response for the person responsible for the data as to an update. Never had that with any other program we have used.
What do you dislike about the product?
Actually I don't have any cons that come to mind.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding those key decision makers in the various departments along with their emails and direct phones. Greatly reducing the amount of research to find the needed information.
Mission critical tool for prospecting
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to import accounts list to find contacts, easily filter contacts by title and BU. This is my key use case as each and every campaign I run targets a different subset of people. DiscoverOrg makes my prospecting process WAY more efficient allowing me to save time and reach more prospects in the work day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when I'm targeting a certain geography, I end up with some accounts outside the scope of my search. It's never anything too offsetting, but I always scrub my export list prior to reaching out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting the gap from sales outreach quality with quantity. DiscoverOrg helps tremendously on the quantity side allowing me to focus on the quality of my messaging.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
More integration with Salesforce. If it were allow me to search accounts by the Account Owner in Salesforce, it would be much easier to pull lists from accounts that I know belong to my team.

What do you like best about the product?
That is has everyone in the database.It has just about everyone I searched direct contact info.
What do you dislike about the product?
The natural downside is it is expensive. Also, the way the data is collected feels borderline intrusive - albeit inventive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Access to hard to reach people. High quality lead generation by the search function.

Worth the cost if you are calling hard to access people. Literally has 99/100 peoples direct information.

What do you like best about the product?
My entire team has been pleased with the timeliness, accuracy and user friendliness of the ZoomInfo platform. We use it daily to connect with existing and future clients which is extremely helpful to the business.

I have no complaints at this time since everything is pretty convenient.

We're connecting the gap with sales leads created from in person networking, and finishing the search on ZoomInfo.

Exceptional search capabilities
What do you like best about the product?
Verified information is absolutely the best there is. Emails and direct-dial phone numbers are exceptional.
What do you dislike about the product?
IT is the traditional focus. Areas like Manufacturing and Operations, Mechanical and Electrical Design Engineering needs work

Validating higher level contacts, Updating contact data for our CRM system, Finding contacts for targeted campaigns

For Marketing IT HR works great for the data provided. The verified data is top notch. No vendor provides a complete picture with accurate data for all contacts. The verified data is top notch.
Account intel you can rely on.
What do you like best about the product?
I like how zoominfo is constantly updated and it doesn't take long for direct dials and email addresses to populate when a person has moved jobs.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times when there are no contact details (phone or email).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reaching prospective customers on the phone "live" is very valuable these days. I can gather feedback on my pitch just from listening to their tone and speech pace. If they speak fast and sound annoyed, the pitch didn't resonate with them and requires changes.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're in enterprise SaaS sales or marketing, you'll love ZoomInfo. Once you use it for your first list build or to reach a key decision maker, you'll realize how valuable the platform is.
Zoom is a vital resource for sales
What do you like best about the product?
I love using Zoom to connect to the appropriate person in a company so our message doesn't get lost in translation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that we could sort contacts by available direct numbers or emails. For example, if we already sorted to show only a particular company and location, I wish we could then show individuals with direct numbers available if thats what we are looking for. It would save time rather than having to sort through pages of contacts
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am finding the decision makers early. I can cut out the gatekeepers and get the answers from the right people.
Zoominfo unleashed the reach of our marketing campaings
What do you like best about the product?
The search in Zoominfo is very easy, and you can also exports the contacts in whichever format you'd like. They manage the suppression lists well so you never get double charged if your lists overlap.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a limit in the number of filters for a search (40 I believe) which has been frustrating a few times
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were trying to increase our maketing efficiency by reaching more poeple with the same (customized) content. Emails, uses cases, landing pages, take a lot of time to create. With Zoominfo, we were able to send those to 10x more people than before.
All you need to get the sales!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can find anybody I want from any company I desire. The numbers, names, and emails. The direct information helps me get to the contact and this way I can tell them my story and hopefully earn their business. We all know that the front desk or the operator is USELESS. I also like the new layout, it is a lot easier to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's very rare but some of the information is outdated but it's understandable as turnover happens. Sometimes the companies, contacts and locations change. I don't know how often it is updated but sometimes I call and I can't find that person or they have moved on. I'm not sure if there is a feature for me to maybe flag the contact and put a comment in their that they aren't there. Then whoever is taking care of the updates will be able to look at my notes or whoever out notes on there and then maybe verify it and change it if it's legit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have attracted many leads and new accounts. As a staffing manager that's forever selling, I need to get more contacts to call and get all the commission I can. So the biggest benefit is getting the information I need without going with the companies website or receptionist.

Get your account as soon as you can if you are looking to cold call and sell.

What do you like best about the product?
Discover has great contact info and is easily integrated into my company's salesforce workflow. They're support is really helpful too.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I can't say that I have a lot of negative feedback.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to find contacts for nearly all of my clients, especially ones at larger organizations. I really like that they'll update anything within a day or so.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's great! Don't hesitate to reach out to their support. If they're missing info for a contact you can open a ticket and they'll follow up on it and update it.
