Easiest way to know who makes up your customers and/or competition.
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use, the fact it tells you when the data was last updated, ease of filtering on numerous items, gives details other sources leave out or miss, and with ReachOut, it makes it even easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
When doing person searches, the company field doesn't just overwrite the search, which would make things quicker. Also, there is no way to search by email address, which seems to be what my sales people get right more often than the names.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem ZoomInfo solves is keeping our contact information current, from position to changing companies. Also, many of you customers have recently started updating their email addresses due to mergers and/or consolidation of branches.

Easy to use and provides most information you would need to reach the best people at a company you want to do business with.

What do you like best about the product?
very easy salesforce integration and allows sales reps to have the correct call information when prospecting.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue I have is the widget in salesforce logs you out every time you leave salesforce. but other than that no issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a much cleaner CRM system which allows for marketing to implement better-targeted campaign and allows for better communication when prospecting.

Saving time getting DM's on the phone. Its versatility and compatibility is great.

Don't waste your time thinking about whether you should or should not make the investment. It's worth every penny. Zoom info will help your business grow and provide you results. It's a winner!!!

Finding prospect contact info for the segment I serve
What do you dislike about the product?
When generating lists that have MANY pages, if you have to reboot or log in again, it's a pain to have to remember where you were and thumb through all of the pages again. The pricing is a little steep for a smaller company. Company mergers are not always updated (at all, never mind timely).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to find prospects in the particular area that I specialize. Cold calling is not always pleasant but if you can find an appropriate resource it shortens the cycle.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is the best game in town at this point, however, pricing reflects that.

Being able to upload .csv files of accounts can really help hone in your search. Filters are fantastic and work great

There is almost nothing I dislike about Zoominfo. It's continually updating to add features I wish it had

I don't have any problems with Zoominfo, The benefits are being able to easily contact the people I want to by either Phone or Email. The data is very accurate.

We utilize discover org to update contacts within Salesforce seamlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally companies will not be listed, but it is rare.

We are solving problem of the ever changing data in our system

First it integrates with LinkedIn which is insane. Then the interface is easy to use and almost fun. The filters are probably the best part though.

With the search features that allow you to even filter out a ton of stuff it makes it really easy to navigate a large database. This has really helped out company out and saved us a lot of time.

Love the integration into SFDC - makes it super easy update contact, and find info.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not as familiar with actually being inside of the full zoominfo as I mainly just use in SFDC. It is a little confusing but probably only because I have not been trained on it.

Buy it! It is a lifesaver
Easy to use, and has the contact data needed

Took about two minutes to learn. Easy to search and find what is needed. Easy to export as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not all companies are present, keep working on that.

Time savings. It takes time to find a contact and phone, this makes it easy.
