Best thing ever
What do you like best about the product?
Soooo useful for prospecting and finding key decision makers. I love how I can quickly find each key players direct info all in one place. Makes my life so much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how there’s only a certain number of credits you can use to import the info directly into salesforce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes prospecting so much easier. Half my job is building out accounts and adding correct contacts and this makes it so easy.
My team couldn't prospect without DiscoverOrg. It constantly puts us on new prospects.
What do you like best about the product?
We have used many contact platforms and this one is by far the easiest and most accurate.
What do you dislike about the product?
The auto-fill search feature is less than helpful. I prefer the advanced search.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Discover Org helps us search for prospects across a large landscape and then dial in on what we’re looking for.

The phone numbers and the email addresses that it provides and I can use it to get more meetings

Not getting enough cell phone numbers and I’m not able to reach clients that are the ones I’m trying to reach

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most is the ability to look up most companies headquartered in the Midwest region. Most of the data is accurate and it is a great way to network and get an introduction into the companies you can find. I like that I can find most companies with their company name or address. What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike the most is when the content is locked in Discover and requires to pay more to view. We are already paying too much to have Discover. Although it is a great tool, I would like to utilize everything and not just select companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to get contacts for the companies I need to speak with. Most other database will come with incomplete data or contacts but Discover has all of the information needed to have a great conversation with potential clients.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely get a subscription, will give you a huge advantage over other employees

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to learn more about my target accounts & prospects. Tt allows me to build a great case for why they need Zoom. really like the scoop emails. I love DiscoverOrg. I find it so exciting to build list, research accounts, contacts and companies. I really enjoy the integration with Salesforce so you can search within SFDC and quickly import the right contacts in the moment as you research.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have a specific complaint about DiscoverOrg.. As it is such a robust tool, I'm still learning how to leverage its capabilities. I have been a little overwhelmed with all DiscoverOrg's functions and wonder how to efficiently leverage all the tools with all of my accounts and while staying organized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
targeting accounts, creating lists, finding the right person to outbound too! Love being able to see people's profile pictures as it helps feel connected to that person before I try to contact them.

It gives you great insight into your account lists and provides you with context on how you can add value to your prospects' business!
Incredible data and easy to use interface... so simple & powerful.
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using DiscoverOrg for about 6 months now and I can attest that it's truly helped me change the game in my sales career. The data in DiscoverOrg is complete, and the UI is super easy once you get ramped up. Leveraging that data can be so powerful in prospecting net new roles!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. All positive vibes coming from DiscoverOrg. Unfortunately, my org limits the DO licenses so I'm currently out of the system

I'm using the data in DiscoverOrg to stripe client profiles within my territory and find out who the true decision makers are.

Title of contacts in Dicoverorg are wrong pretty frequently.

Some information is not current or missing in areas. This is the only improvement I can think of.

I use the tool to build sales strategies and campaigns on a per account basis.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that we are able to find direct contact info for many of the leads when we usually get general numbers. I also really love the scoops section as you can find out very valuable information on what a company is looking for, which helps to spark a conversation and move it in the right direction.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. The information is all broken up and laid out in a very easy way to look through. I really don't have anything bad to say about the service as it has given me everything I could want so far. Maybe they could give me a better idea of who is working on which projects. Once or twice I've called a person that they have listed and that person doesn't know what I'm talking about, or they aren't a part of that specific project listed in the scoops section.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to see inside scoops on companies, and be able to find contact info for people when we would otherwise not be able to. It is helping me to get in contact with the right person. We are able to get to companies about their needs before the company begins their process of reaching out, or before they are able to search and find other companies that might block them from eventually making their way to us. I think this is an invaluable service for organizations that sell anything and everything.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Buy it! This is a great way to be able to get another angle at a company, or find companies that you've never even heard of that have a problem which you have a solution for. It is worth it!
Great tool to find the right contact
What do you like best about the product?
Insight into organizations which I am targeting for my business development activities. They have the right crowd and details which allows for better targeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not having the ability to explore more insight into departments inside the targeted organization. (i.e. type of systems they use, employee capabilities...etc)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was able to build the right target list per product based on backgrounds and employee responsibilities. I am able to reach the right person for the right product
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is probably the best tool out there to find prospects. I have not seen anything better to be able to find the right leads
