The most comprehensive database for direct dials and email addresses

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Zoominfo has the highest volume of direct dials and emails for prospects I am targeting. I work in sales so I do a lot of prospecting to fill my pipeline and Zoominfo has been imperative to my success in terms of generating meetings with decision makers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The salesforce integration is expensive so we were not able to directly import leads from Zoominfo to Salesforce. So I had to do a lot of copy and pasting for leads into Salesforce which was time consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to directly reach out to prospects to set meetings and try to sell them on our solution.

What do you like best about the product?
The accuracy of the data. This helps me be efficient in my day. And reach the people I am trying to reach.
What do you dislike about the product?
25 contact limit for importing to CSV can be a pain. It is a pain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding my prospect's contact information is helping me do my job. I have saved time and seen great results with email open rates.

Use ZoomInfo.

What do you like best about the product?
Contact information is great - accuracy is very high.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very little I dislike - their quality is what I'm looking for so that marketing functions better. I'm sure there are members of my marketing team that could provide something here - but I'm satisfied.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it for contacts to target in our database

It can used for finding the correct contact of desired profile, many companies uses this tool as it is also having good customer service

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to look up a person at a company and get their contact information.
What do you dislike about the product?
Contact information is not up to date, especially with some of the mid-market companies

Not being able to get direct phone numbers and email information for prospects I want to reach out to

What do you like best about the product?
DiscoverOrg provides a simple repository for company information at a glance. This information has proven to be invaluable in not only serving my existing customers but also for researching potential new customer targets within my territory and vertical boundaries.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the bulk actions aren't very intuitive and take a bit too much time to figure out. The answers can be found, it just takes time and resources that I don't necessarily have when I'm conducting those actions. I've taken the time to create customized lists, so I'd like to simply work from those lists to accomplish bulk tasks such as downloads or CRM connections.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
DiscoverOrg Scoop Alerts have positively changed the way that I frame conversations within my sales targets. Additionally, I'm able to use Scoops to proactively engage within my Channel community. This allows them, in turn, to support our mutual customers by asking specific questions based on insight provided by Scoops.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
While B2B Intelligence is a moving target, DiscoverOrg is one of the most continually accurate platforms I've utilized to support my sales efforts. Additionally, the account intelligence insights will prove to be an invaluable resource regardless of focus (marketing, sales, etc.).

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo has a great interface, very intuitive and easy-flowing and a database of information with breadth and depth.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to find any in the early run, although there are some automatic interfacing challenges with my particular CRM. The interface flows nicely enough that any challenges with default settings on searches can be easily handled
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm using ZoomInfo for sales prospecting, and it's a substantial improvement on the previous info sources my organization has used, in both quantity and quality of content, leading to more productive outreaches for the org.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to search and and build lists of contacts and companies. Quick and easy way to build lists for sequences and find phone numbers/emails for potential customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes information is false or out of date which results in incorrect contact info
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding emails and phone numbers for leads for sales team to contact - direct phone numbers and emails. Solves the problem of having to go through company numbers and gatekeepers
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use all the search features to build accurate lists and easily download them to be uploaded into your CRM systems.

The info about any company is at your finger tips and the info is very accurate
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike at all. Everything is on point. Sometimes the people that they have as in charge are no longer with the company so you may want to double check that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
I have the ability to prospect on my own and find the people I want to chat with. No more GK's. This is a huge dea.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the information was a bit more accurate at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't have to speak with GK's. I can create my own lists as opposed to paying for leads.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Keep doing what you are doing. Update as much as possible.
