What do you like best about the product?
I love how much time this product saves me. It give me clout on the phone when I understand the hierarchy of the companies that I call into.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the contacts are outdated, but honestly it is far and few between. Overall there are no complaints so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are no longer spending hours trying to figure out who our contacts are. I simply punch in the company name, find my contact, and get to work!
DiscoverOrg has been amazing for my first sales job
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite thing about DiscoverOrg is that you can create a search with all different criteria for the lead you're looking for. Whether that be location, position, size of the company, you can do it all.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike about DiscoverOrg is how outdated it is. It could use some updates on its platform. Besides that, everything's great about DiscoverOrg.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am getting numbers from leads which I couldn't off a simple google or LinkedIn search. With DiscoverOrg, I can search any company and get their email domain quickly.

I will find info that I can't find elsewhere, such as direct phone numbers and business email addresses.
ZoomInfo is perfect for prospecting.

It is also used to search addresses and contact details when you can't find anywhere else.

The data is sometimes inaccurate, for example, if a single company has different email formats.

Improve my connections and contact the right contacts to prepare and create new ventures for the company.

Online connections are strongly recommended. It is simple to use and implement very efficiently.
Great for prospecting
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how Zoom has so much information for both public and private companies, very important for the space I'm in. It's quite often that both the direct line and and HQ phone numbers are provided. Also for larger companies you can that may have vastly different business units you can identify email domain differences as opposed to assuming a blanket email format and never getting in touch with certain contacts as a result. I use this tool every day and it is very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been instances where the phone number provided is very incorrect, like takes me to a whole other business. Also it would be great if the personnel at a company were updated more frequently to match who is actually currently there, same with title. I typically have LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Zoom opened at the same time for cross referencing and double checking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Accessing most accurate contact information. I interviewed at a company that touted how they just call off a printed out list of companies and you would have to keep calling in to find out names and decision maker contact info. I imagine that anyone in sales at that company is going through hell day in and day out - not because of rejection - but because they're practically going in blind. Zoom helps me avoid that unfortunate reality very easily.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo has the most reliable, direct information, and is basically one of the most user-friendly sites out there when it comes to competition. We're targeting VP-level and higher candidates, and having a cell phone number is important for those people because they're never at their office and they might have someone monitoring their calls if they are.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not really found any negative aspect of this software. It fulfills its purpose to perfection.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We strive to achieve viewpoints of VP level and above, so it is a great help to us to get a cell phone number. I still make inter-references in our CRM with ZoomInfo for contact information and I have no faith in nothing other than that.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a really very efficient and valuable software for the company. Do not hesitate to implement it in your company you will be surprised.
Easy to use and pretty accurate

I mostly use DiscoverOrg for company data- financial info, employee count, and buyer intent. Mostly accurate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the OppAlerts/intent data is inaccurate. I take them with a grain of salt but it at least gives me a direction to work towards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prospecting is always a tough part of the BDR job, but with DiscoverOrg I can find the contact info for relevant buyer personas very quickly.

What do you like best about the product?
I've used ZoomInfo for almost 5 years now. ZoomInfo has the most accurate direct information, the largest amount of direct information, and is literally one of the most user-friendly platforms out there when it comes to the competition. I've used others like RocketReach and some of the newer guys that have come online in the midst of the DOrg + ZoomInfor acquisition and nothing comes close. We target VP-level or higher prospects, so getting a cell phone number is huge for those folks since they are rarely at their desk and if they are they might have someone screening their calls. ZoomInfo is our way around that - without climbing any ladders or sitting through any dreaded phone directories.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes contact information isn't up to date, especially contacts in the hi-tech industry because turnover grows higher every day; however, all you have to do is a quick LinkedIn search. Once you find the contact you're looking for, you can look at their last 2-3 roles and more than likely ZoomInfo will have that person's info from one of their past roles. That's it!

We target VP-level or higher prospects, so getting a cell phone number is huge for those folks since they are rarely at their desk and if they are they might have someone screening their calls. ZoomInfo is our way around that - without climbing any ladders or sitting through any dreaded phone directories. Though Zoom, we are solving the issue of lower connect rates when cold calling by getting that direct contact right away and utilizing it in our outreach daily. I am literally always cross-referencing contact information in our CRM with ZoomInfo and I don't trust anything else.
A must have tool for every sales team!!!

ZoomInfo is great for prospecting or understanding who does what at a particular organization. I'd say compared to other similar platforms, ZoomInfo is probably the most up to date.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how every time I sign in, I have to have a verification code sent to my phone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo is definitely necessary for initial research on a company/contact. I use it to pull contacts from companies on people that I plan on reaching out to that have a title suitable to our services. Without it, I wouldn't have any contacts to reach out to. Their software is extremely easy to use and the ability to download contacts directly into salesforce has made our jobs a whole lot easier.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you want to have your sales team be truly empowered and successful you need to get ZoomInfo. There is nothing even close that I have come across so far that competes with ZoomInfo. It is so easy to use and gets the results you want which is make contact, engage, keep the conversation going and then close the deal!
