I like the simplicity and reliability of its info

What do you like best about the product?
Since I got Zoom Info at my work, life became easy as the time to do the contact discovery on LinkedIn was saved and I could score more leads . From zoominfo we get direct contacts as well as email ids
What do you dislike about the product?
only thing which bothers when it comes to zoom is it has a single user access i.e. if I am using zoom id and give same id to my colleague at the same time it logs me off .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The time is getting saved and by getting direct numbers we don't have to go through the operators.. The benefits through this software is within same link you are getting everything Job Title Email and phone number.

I really enjoy that functionality of researching prospects but also automation that allows you to coordinate contact with your Lead Lists.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm new to ZoomInfo so I haven't really run across anything yet

I am a new user the benefits are not spinning my wheels researching leads

ZoomInfo allows you to spend your time face to face with prospects/clients instead of trying to get quality info on your own.

What do you like best about the product?
We've used a few different tools to try and get accurate contact information for prospects. ZoomInfo is far superior to anything else we've used. Good integration with Chrome and Saleforce.com.
What do you dislike about the product?
Imports are limited to the number of credit you have. Once you're out you need to buy more. But there are ways around it.

Finding direct contact info for hard to reach prospects

What do you like best about the product?
We use it to enhance the quality and strengthen the quantity of the leads. I like that it enables us to discover opportunities within the target companies by providing our salespersons with valuable insights they can leverage while having sales conversations. I also like the feature to search for companies or prospects through filters and target specific audience for our campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are instances when the phone number or email ids are incorrect. Also, database of certain companies are very limited. However, I still find it much better than almost all of its competitors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's one of the best sales intelligence softwares. It provides access to database, organization charts, and ongoing projects of prospects and customers. These information helps us to connect with our prospects and sell to them more effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
I utilize DiscoverOrg, powered by ZoomInfo to download company and contact lists within targeted industries in specific regions, function roles, subsectors. I also appreciate being able to upload lists of my focus companies with SIC and NAIC codes to create target lists within niche subsectors. DiscoverOrg is a tool I've come to rely upon in my weekly research.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times people contacts are not up-to-date but I realize that it is highly likely this person still works within their function at a different company, so the overall mapping value is highly valuable to me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to download large lists of executives at specified levels of management in targeted industries in a fraction of the time, before I had access to DiscoverOrg. This resources has saved me hundreds of hours of research.

Take classes and watch videos and enjoy the most powerful resource available. I love it and rely upon it.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that the information in Zoom info is correct over 90%of the time. I have used many databases over the years and I am truly impressed with ZoomInfo and the ease of use and the ease of uploading the data into my system
What do you dislike about the product?
I did notice that when we did a company wide data check it brought in info to empty fields for contacts not marked as inactive - with info from current company (but on old company record)

Data cleanliness is great and has helped me.

What do you like best about the product?
Real live case study of inbox ai's value proposition. CTO example. I also enjoyed the live demo of the technology. It was great to hear from two point of view, zoom info and the inbox ai team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish more time was spent demoing the actual technology, maybe even discussing pricing or expectations to the sales process like contracts. Sound quality needed improvement as it had a few drop offs. Also enthusiasm from the speakers lacked.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding decision makers. Ability to achieve multiple touch points. Mass emails, industry specific knowledge, scoops and opp alerts.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and has a vast amount of data.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the fact that we don't know how accurate the data is. We also had some difficulty with coming up the numbers on how many new prospects has had their data enriched.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My department is using it as a prospecting tool and also for Data Enrichment.
