What do you like best about the product?
The organization of the website, how easy it is to find exactly what you are looking for and narrowing your searches.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when I am working on a saved search and click something and go back, it starts my search back to page 1.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
I love the scoops section because it updates regularly allowing you to be in the know of what is going on at the organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how some of the contacts are out of date despite having the A grade.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love how it integrates with Salesforce because it saves me a lot of time when exporting a list of contacts and accounts for me.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would definitely recommend buying Zoominfo because it offers the most bang for your buck out there.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo does a great job of being able to gather the contacts information you are looking for and putting it into a centralized format view of all the contact information you need to understand who you are targeting. I also like that their information is more often than not accurate as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the new view that they came out with - Although I do still like it, I do prefer their old style of view as it was much easier to access information and saved time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to reach out to my prospects effectively and make them aware of the services that our company provides. This is a huge benefit because if they are interested then it is doing my company and theirs a great deal of service and benefit as if I wasn't able to get their contact information to make them aware of our services.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking to gather information about prospects, no matter what your role is even if you aren't in sales, this can be an extremely effective tool to use. I have had really great conversations with my prospects that have generated new business that I wouldn't have been able to do without the use of ZoomInfo. I truly believe in the product and would highly recommend considering it if you are doing so!

What do you like best about the product?
The best part about ZoomInfo is the vast amount of filters you can use to pinpoint a specific persona or company.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike is the lack of contacts on certain accounts. Most have hundreds, but every so often I will run into an enterprise company over 2B with only 5 contacts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem I am solving is getting in contact with potential prospects. The major benefit is getting insight into companies' initiatives through scoops, making calls a bit warmer.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There are so many more contacts on ZoomInfo then the ordinary discoverorg.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of use of Zoom and all of the various ways I can sort data. I love that I can create my own search categories and build target lists. I love that that I can find comprehensive information about organizations and their industry peers/competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing; I love everything about ZoomInfo

Identifying business targets and verifying contact information as well as organizational structures

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo has been great for our business. It has allowed me to develop new leads and opportunities. ZoomInfo makes it easy to find direct phone numbers and emails for prospects. I have found the data to be very accurate and complete. We look forward to discovering other features of the platform. The customer service with ZoomInfo has been great. Our account executive cares about our success and has worked with us hand-in-hand on several projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes direct phone numbers or emails are missing. However, generally the emails can be derived by seeing the convention of other contact emails that are included in the ZoomInfo database for a particular company. ZoomInfo is a bit expensive, but it is worth the price.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to dig deeper into organizations and build better relationships with prospects. During a time when many are not traveling for business trade shows, ZoomInfo has given me the tools to continue connecting with professionals in my industry.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would strongly recommend licensing ZoomInfo. It is a great database with accurate contact information. It will increase your time efficiency when prospecting for new leads and opportunities.

Necessary to Prospect

What do you like best about the product?
Insights into business contacts' direct phone numbers, cell numbers, and emails have been absolutely essential to do my job well, both for prospecting and following up on existing projects. I don't see a way to do my job well without ZoomInfo.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes information is out of date, including people who have retired still listed as working there, or phone numbers or titles being incorrect, but mostly it is quite accurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Identifying who to contact and how to contact them is a huge problem that ZoomInfo solves unlike anyone else on the market.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There is no alternative, it is hands down the best way to learn who to contact and how to contact them.

Best sales lead generation software!

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo is the most comprehensive sales software I have used in my 20 years in sales. The integration with Salesforce is seamless. It not only helps prospect because their B2B database is constantly updated and the professional contact info is thorough and the most accurate I've ever seen, but the additional features like org charts also helped me disqualify a lot of the database we already had. I am continually learned more and deeper ways to use it for the team. It has made a drastic difference is everything from efficiency and effectiveness to tracking. Highly recommend doing the certificate available for free through ZoomInfo and taking advantage of their live training to get up to speed as fast as possible. It is easily possible to spend all day getting distracted by all of the amazing features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not able to easily record messages sent through LinkedIn (although you can connect LinkedIn) and the price is high but it is the best. Had to work with different contacts for different features and was sold an old version of an updated feature they have and would have to pay to upgrade it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding and qualifying prospects in an efficient way, updating and enhancing contact/lead information, finding new ways to reach out and engage current contacts and prospects. I could live in it all day it has solved so many problems and made prospecting so much better. We have been able to combine many different activities & needs (ex: Google alerts, SalesNavigator lead searching, list purchases) into one through Zoominfo.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Have an inhouse expert for ongoing training.
