Essential for prospecting.

Intent scoring, data accuracy in general

The credit system isn't ideal if you're used to pulling lists from DiscoverOrg.

The data they have access to is the real deal. Love the Intent sections and how deep you can dig down.

Nothing really to dislike, everything is as promised.

No problems so far. Benefits are as described above, up to date information on your targets.

Being able to exclude current customers is huge seeing as our teams skills lay in selling not Vlookups!
The top dog for a reason
What do you like best about the product?
CS is amazing compared to every other software I've used. Recently building out our sales tools, Zoominfo has been head and shoulders above the rest in supporting us along our journey. While others won't respond to emails and insist we pay for "sessions" to have our questions answered.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's pricey but in the end, I don't think anyone at my company questions the value that it brings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo makes it possible to reach more contacts and effectively generate business. Coming from an organization that used Zoominfo in the past, one of my first suggestions as an SDR was that we look into Zoominfo. Data cleanliness is especially important as a company scales and Zoominfo makes it easy.

Many new business/prospects available. I can get way more information about a company through ZoomInfo
Incredible tool, backed by an enthusiastic and knowledgeable team
What do you like best about the product?
We have used the tool for the last 10 years with varied adoption, however this year we went for the upgrade of the tool and have seen our adoption soar. This is a testament to the incredible sales insights the team can now access as we are in the travel industry during the pandemic that has seen our client base dramatically drop. There are a few features that have really been key such as, intent topics (this is the one that everyone tries to get a piece of), scoops and the data enrichment. The data enrichment has allowed us to save a huge amount of time processing our leads and pad out the data points to give a full picture of the clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, if we ever have an issue our CSM jumps straight in to help, they are incredible!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to get better insights into our clients and what their needs are. Particularly during the pandemic we have been able to keep track of turn over and how our clients have changed to accommodate the new world; allowing us to make more informed programs to aid their needs. There has never been a more important time for us to access this data, it has really helped us shape the covid response.

Increases efficiency in prospecting at least 2X

Learning to navigate/search can be cumbersome at first if you're not technically inclined.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reducing sales costs by increasing efficiency. Getting into more opportunities and closing them with the extra time we get, from leads generated from Zoominfo.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how I can narrow the search to a radius of how far I am willing to travel, what people I want to talk to, what contact info I want, NCIS code...everything! The lists generated are bombproof compared to any other program I have used. They are easy to export to the sales system and client management system we use in my company and that is a huge time saver.
What do you dislike about the product?
Duplicate contacts are the only struggle.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving the problem of getting to the decision maker. Being able to narrow the search to specific titles of employment has been very beneficial. It works great for generating lists to be exported straight into our cold calling programs
Outstanding Customer Service
What do you like best about the product?
The ZoomInfo associate I interacted with on their chat feature was outstanding. She was extremely knowledgeable and made it easy to get the answer to my question. In addition to providing the answer to me she emailed she sent me a clip on how to do it so I could share the information with everyone on my team so we all knew how to do it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was not a single thing I did not like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to target a contact list to our sweet spot.

When evaluating a service make sure to consider the support and customer service. ZoomInfo's is phenomenal.
