Helpline for Lead Generation
What do you like best about the product?
Getting direct contact information (phone numbers & Email Id). The processing time is speed and chance of getting US & Canadian contacts is 90%. Other country contacts are also available in ZoomInfo, but the chance of getting them is around 40%.
What do you dislike about the product?
Whenever i need a bulk of contacts, i cannot directly download from ZoomInfo. I had to upload the list of companies with proper formatting along with changing the file type. Although ZoomInfo has many other additional features, but they are ineffective and inaccurate. ZoomInfo relays data based on LinkedIn profiles, they don't do any extra research.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I search for contacts related to CFO and Tax heads, before initiating a Sales Pitch. It minimizes most of the time involved in reaching to concerned person in a company.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If are you involved in meeting new clients everyday, then this is the perfect product for you.

What do you like best about the product?
access to direct phone, cell numbers and email addresses for lead prospects. I also like how I can search C level contacts within a prospect company

I only had usage for two weeks so did not encounter any issues

reduces my time locating correct contacts by limiting the number of data sources I need to visit since all data is captured in Zoom

The ability to track prospects interest and insight into the solution for prospecting purposes
What do you dislike about the product?
If you sell to small businesses or sole proprietors it might not be more helpful than other platforms. Just to give context for my definition of small business I would say under $1,000,000 in revenue.

this tool is hands down the best tool I have seen for B2B sales professionals. The amount of information which someone could use to add value to customers is unparalleled.

The ability to locate the Decision maker and contact info sets Zoom Info out among its piers.

I don't have negative feedback regarding the company.

It eliminates a lot of time researching and cold calling by providing the contact information needed prior to solicitation.

just finding more leads - this survey is pretty annoying though - why are you making me add word and not say exactly what I want to say - then the whole login thing - why can't I just sign in with DO/Zoominfo information - I am not likely to take it again nor am I likely to continue to feel great about the company when this is harder than it should be - it's the wrong way around - support should be more difficult than the survey.

this survey is starting to get on my nerves - never had one that was so annoying - take a picture of my screen - are you kidding - how about proof that this is not a scam of some sort trying to collect other information you are not supposed to have - then it jumps past questions and says questions were missed - yep because your scroll is off - then it still says questions were missed even though everything is answered
Intuitive UI, great training support, highly accurate data.
What do you like best about the product?
The contact data is accurate, the date it was pulled is transparent and modifiable, and there's no red tape preventing a user from pulling data out of the system (beyond the expected credit usage associated with doing so).
What do you dislike about the product?
The inability to share items like lists and tags with other users.

Able to more quickly prospect into new companies by reducing the time needed to collect contact information.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
No other recommendations--this survey platform is very odd though. I feel like it was originally meant to be a college test administration platform that morphed into one that administers surveys.

The ability to pull accurate contacts with insight within their firms IT environment!

I dislike the kick-backs on email blast when not choosing.

Easy UX and Powerful Data Mining
What do you like best about the product?
So far the team has been super enthusiastic and EXTREMELY proactive in getting us set-up and using the platform. I really like the organization and systematic approach to making certain we understand the Zoom Info tool and very important, how to reach a real time person in the event we have a question.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. This is a great tool! It really is easy and has exactly the type of information you can use to identify new potential businesses. Highly recommend!

Branching out into new essential businesses and using the org chart.

What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive User Interface, Data Quality and Filter Options to name a few. The support team is also amazing to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't many things I dislike about ZoomInfo. The only one I can think of is the pay by credit model.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Accurate and dependable contact research. We have been able to build customized target lists for our accounts using the many filter options available in the platform.
