Best product I've used to find information to advance the sales cycle

What do you like best about the product?
By far the best trove of information on contacts to help us get to the right contact quicker.
The ability to upload all your accounts from Salesforce into ZI and search for contacts that way is great for AE's with a lot of greenfield who are looking to target specific user personas.
What do you dislike about the product?
User interface could be a little more modern
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Faster sales cycles.

It's the best one out there.

What do you like best about the product?
The depth of the data, speed of searches
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in particular, but there is so much to filter
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Knowing who the right contacts are at a prospect, or even diving deeper into existing accounts. I've found new prospects at companies I have been doing business with for years.

Information I need on hand, easy to use, very easy to organize process

Doesn't have all info I need, not updated with people changing companies enough

I'm solving a lot of informational issues. It's been very nice to have access to mobile phones. I would have far less success without listed mobile numbers.

Great service with robust database for lead generation

What do you like best about the product?
- the ability to search using company url
- ability to search by industry with pretty advanced search features to narrow targets
- ability to create and migrate lead lists
- ability to search by sic code
- ability to search by naics codes
- we specialize in deal origination and constantly putting together lists of candidates for our clients which would previously take us longer
- accurate database when compared to other paid services we have used
What do you dislike about the product?
- rare but sometimes outdated info. (sometimes either the ownership information will be incorrect or outdated/ revenue numbers or size of company are the most accurate)
- interface could be a little cleaner, takes some time to find search areas through expanded menus
- we don't use a mainstream crm like salesforce, would like to have hte ability to migrate data directly into our crm as opposed to through a csv file
- cost per seat is pricey for smaller organizations

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- putting together targeted lead lists, with correct point of contact and their contact info.
- continuously massaging our existing database by cross examining with zoom info
- ability to quickly put together lead lists when taking on a new search industry (we source and advise our clients on companies to acquire which makes it very easy to put together a candidate list

Generating New Leads

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy the level of insight I have gained while using zoominfo. Specifically, zoominfo is fantastic for generating net new business. In sales, any insight into your prospect is beneficial. You get that with zoominfo. I have had some great success using zoominfo for basic bdr generation.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I do not like about zoominfo is sometimes the information is not necessarily accurate. Specifically, I have been on calls with individuals who have completely different roles than what is stated in the database.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems being solves from a business perspective with zoominfo is priceless. Zoom allows myself to contact individuals from all different organizations and look to solve their problems. Zoom is great as it integrate with Salesforce, a common CRM.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would reccomend that people use Zoominfo as a way to gather GENERAL information. I have found that it is not great for absolute specifics. However, the insight I have gained from it from a sales & lead generation perspective.

What do you like best about the product?
How accurate the numbers are for each contact and the org charts in each company.
What do you dislike about the product?
Let me just give an example of my situation. I was researching a sheriff for a specific county, and it gave me one right number, the correct email address, but when added in it doesn't give the correct company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't currently have any problems. This is a time saver.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This makes research so much easier and all of the contact information is so much more accurate.

Game-Changer for Our Business

What do you like best about the product?
We needed reliable access to quality information for prospecting. ZoomInfo gives us everything we were looking for. I like the advanced filter features that allow us to drill down by Title, Location, and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be difficult to tag prospects and companies that we want to target and have already imported into our sales enablement system. It is possible to do it, but the process could be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We now have access to more more accurate contact information for decision makers, and in some cases we know who the decision makers are when previously we wouldn't have. Our connection rates with DM's are sky high now.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give it a try - you will be blown away by the quality and breadth of data available, and their amazing customer service and support.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo's database is incredible. The insight to the the companies is very detailed and accurate. I am fairly new to ZoomInfo however I am definitely excited to have access to such a wonderful tool. My customer service experience
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not run into anything that I dislike. I had one issue logging in and customer service fixed that quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have had issues in the past getting to the right purchasing decision makers. ZoomInfo has filled that void in our sales efforts.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I highly recommend ZoomInfo simply for the ease of use and the accuracy of the data. Additionally, their customer service is friendly and timely. The tutorials on the website are also very informative. After getting my account set up, I was up and searching immediately.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to obtain company summary information, contacts, intelligence, and now intent information.
What do you dislike about the product?
Inability to export intent information aligned with lists.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can be prescriptive with my partner account mapping and leverage intelligence to support account strategy discussions. I can also support demand generation efforts with the contact information at my disposal. Lastly, I can leverage intent to provide tactical insights for potential opportunities.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
ZoomInfo has become an indispensable tool for my role as a Senior Partner Account Executive. I leverage it for account mapping and account intelligence purposes that support my efforts in building pipeline through my partner base. I highly recommend the tool for any organization looking to get prescriptive account based intelligence to support their partner sales efforts.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and the SalesForce plugin are extremely helpful with on the fly researching of prospects. We us the mobile phone feature which is so needed in the work from home era. The amount of information contained in the records is abundant as well. The new purchase of EverString this week will only add to their strengths.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only complaint is the search functionality is a bit cumbersome and the names need to be entered exactly as it does not find names that are "close".
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting updated staff lists as well as mobile numbers solves the guessing game and has allowed for much more pinpointed prospecting and marketing efforts.
