1. search parameters to find target contacts combined with export feature
2. customer support (andrea) is always available to not only troubleshoot but also consult to help us maximize the platform

better boolean searches, just liked linkedin

1. cell phone, direct and email of target contacts

What do you like best about the product?
Client data and detailed information about the company, technology, directives, and contact info.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much at all, other than when a target account or contact is not in the platform database.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing my sales team with a methodical and effective resource to properly prospect.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great tool IF used. Must continue to train sales team, refresh, and reminders are a must for it to be successful.

What do you like best about the product?
I really value the vast account contact information per account, especially for direct-dial and email info for contacts.

Quite frankly, I have not come across another tool in the marketplace that provides users with such an enormous amount of quality information on not just accounts, but contacts, the technologies and financials, and market opportunity triggers.
There are so many things I appreciate and value about this tool that I don't know quite how to cover everything in such a short feedback post. As a "super user", I would love to continue using this tool, and have been trying to advocate internally at Oracle for our user entitlement licenses to be returned.

Please share any insight and recommendations to help the case.

What do you dislike about the product?
This is a really particular complaint, because there isn't anything mentionable that I "dislike", so I had to really search for something to say here.
If I must specify a dislike, I wish I was able to have the option for a "view all" under the "employees" tab, as opposed to maxing out at viewing 100 contacts. Sounds like a lot, but for unique purposes and faster searching, the ability for "viewing all" would be much more useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The #1 benefit I've gratefully realized with ZoomInfo/DiscoverOrg is saving hours of time contact mining for my job. As an account manager for hundreds of accounts, this tool has made a life-changing and career-changing difference in productivity and efficiency.
I was able to cross-reference and identify invalid information in our own CRM , update the info, or submit an update to Zoom for their own update.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
My recommendation to others considering ZoomInfo is, at the end of the day, there is no comparison to the value you will receive from ZoomInfo. You will not regret contracting with this company and the level of insights you receive are one in a million.

Fantastic source of information

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the Opp Alerts, Similar Companies and direct connection to LinkedIn. All of these features help me to prospect new logos. I have used other search platforms and nothing compares to Zoom Info. The Account Management Team has been very easy to work with - always available and able to help me and the team with any questions that we have about the platform and services of the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only challenge that I have seen is some incorrect information ever now and again - but, it is easy to hit the "fix it" button and get the info updated for a contact!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo has provided me direct contact information for potential clients - including email address and phone number. Without this tool, I would try to leverage other social networks, not nearly as effective.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that there is such a vast majority of accounts with information that I can easily access. Andi (STAND 8's ZoomInfo representative) is awesome! She has always been so kind and understanding, she always has explained how to properly use the tool and has always advertised best practices.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when I try to find accounts, they aren't built out so it's hard to pursue that account. The numbers are also invalid and won't be right but that's occasionally
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly regarding reaching out to new contacts, ZoomInfo provides a space to find new people to reach out and understand their place in the company. I think ZoomInfo has also congregated all the information in one place so for the Fortune 500 companies I can see how much they are worth, how many employees they have and in each different category.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You should definitely try out ZoomInfo, correctly, and see if it brings the value you require to your organization. If you utilize this tool the way it's meant to be used, you will see a lot of results.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the scoops and pain points, which I can utilize to identify targets I've never heard of. I think the revenue data and headcount specifications are helpful as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Eh, I think the org charts could be better. More data on the 25-220mm revenue accounts as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Benefits are instant- closer to contacts, we can understand strategic initiatives, map spend, etc
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Evaluate the size of your targets and if they are in the $250mm+ Revenue range, I think zoom is worth the investment.

What do you like best about the product?
The team at ZoomInfo treated me as a partner; one of the team... not like a customer. It's my responsibility to ensure my team is equipped with the most accurate data so they can perform their job with confidence. Thanks to the team at ZoomInfo, I was shown the 'ins and outs' and best practices of the platform so that I can best support my teams' efforts. The amount of time I have been able to save is significant. Without having ZoomInfo available to me, my team would not be where they are today.
What do you dislike about the product?
What do I dislike? ... Considering how long I've had to think about this question, I'm going to say there is nothing I 'dislike'. Great solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am currently using ZoomInfo to help my team focus on the accounts that have the highest potential to close, based on insights provided by the platform. This has allowed my team to remain focused and highly targeted in their outreach efforts.

What do you like best about the product?
Accurate info. Direct and mobile numbers. Work and personal emails. Org charts. Search by name or title. Import leads easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unable to bulk import leads from a list in Zoominfo. Not sure if we can build out lead lists with the tool, but it would be a game-changer in efficiency for outbound prospecting and sequencing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Find contact info for people who only submitted an old work email for marketing campaigns. Direct contact with them and ability to practice your phone or email skills with the high-pressure environment of direct lines and personal emails. Makes you put your full effort into drafting those scripts or emails!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Understand the differences between this and your other options and challenge their salespeople to sell you on their capabilities in comparison with Zoominfo. Zoominfo is pricey, but for all the right reasons. It is a high-quality tool with recognizable ROI as long as you put it to good use and have well-trained sales or marketing personnel.

Run through your current outreach challenges (good fit?), review your toolstack (does it connect well?) and set a revenue goal you'd like to attain with the use of ZoomInfo (make it happen).
