Pretty good tool, implementation a breeze and onboard team rocks!
What do you like best about the product?
The tool is intuitive and it was very easy to get started once the subscription was active. The onboard team took over and helped answer any questions I had (and I had a lot) and provided additional information that I requested. Our trainer was spot on in training the team focusing on what mattered most which was appreciated. From an Admin perspective, it was also incredibly easy and seamless to provision user licenses and integrate the tool into Salesforce. I have had to integrate other competing tools to Salesforce in the past and it was never as easy as integrating ZoomInfo.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have run into contact records that are found to be older than I would like them to be, including people who are no longer at the company. But when you do come across that, you can submit a request to remove which is helpful. I would like to see more UK contacts made available but I understand that could be more challenging due to GDPR. I don't like that the search functionality doesn't have the ability to add negation (this, but not that) as I've created lists that include contacts that I don't want but they fit some of the criteria somehow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems we are solving using ZoomInfo include: 1) Providing Sales with a tool to easily identify their targets and obtain contact info, 2) Ability to watch target companies to reach out to when they have an interest, and 3) Providing marketing the ability to efficiently enrich the database and a low cost per contact.
The tool is intuitive and without training Sales Reps were able to get into the system and build lists quickly. Marketing was able to quickly identify targets to enrich target accounts in Salesforce and thus able to utilize in our marketing automation system.

What do you like best about the product?
How quickly and accurate finding contacts are and great way to push out e-mails quickly. The descriptions on the companies are very helpful along with ability to narrow down point of contacts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer service is very slow to respond and hard to get to the right people to assist.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reaching the correct person quickly is essential and Zoom allows you to search specific titles.
Great platform for finding mobile numbers
What do you like best about the product?
I like the user interface along with the large number of mobile numbers available on Zoominfo.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have much to say in terms of what I do no like. I think the platform is great!

Contacting more prospects which Zoominfo has been a great help with considering the amount of mobile numbers available.
Great website for gathering cell #'s

I like that cell number are available as more people are working from home

Sometimes the data is bad when it comes to cell #'s

What do you like best about the product?
The plethora of up to date information at our disposal. Another huge benefit is finding contact information for high level prospects. I recently learned more about "Scoops" and have been able to access info I never thought possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really. The new interface took a little time to adjust to but once you got used to it, it proved to be much more efficient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prospecting new targets in the region - finding new director level and above prospects. Companies expanding in the region, etc. Contact management, finding multiple contacts within companies, etc.

ZoomInfo is easy to use and straightforward for lead generation and prospecting. The data is accurate and reliable. It has been extremely beneficial for finding new prospects and provides a limitless amount of information

What do you like best about the product?
I like the easy integration with SalesForce. Good leads, easy click.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like the UI/UX can be a little better. Although it is easy to learn the tool, the slider on the side tab is always hard to expand and close. It is quite pricey but it is cost effective for bigger companies. I use to do lead generation for smaller companies. Although the leads are great, its not affordable unless the company is established.

Deepest level of comprehensive contacts per company - bar none!
What do you dislike about the product?
Separation of the legacy DiscoverOrg platform from the new ZoomInfo portal. This affects price considerations from employees to issue a less powerful option with budget constraints in mind but not the actual needs of Sales.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to reach more corporate decision makers who are now only reachable by cell / mobile as their desk phones are being used only for voicemail. I know more contacts and have more ability to reach them especially with WFH being the present norm.
Great for Account Based Selling
What do you like best about the product?
The amount of data available on a company and person level.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mobile numbers don't export so you have to manually copy and paste them into a spreadsheet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have recently moved to an Account Based Marketing and Selling (ABM/ABS) approach. I use ZoomInfo to target personas by industry of my sales team's accounts - drilling down into the account insights, news and scoops to inform customized outreach on lower level account targets. My sales team has licenses and also does their own research and personalized targeting for top tier accounts. The personalized outreach has improved conversions for meetings and MQLs.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to gain relevant contacts information including phone and email.
What do you dislike about the product?
That there is much more I can do, but I have not yet figured it out. I would like to use it to track prospecting contacts and have been struggling with this within our current systems. It is my understanding zoom info may also do this so I have a scheduled call.

Solving problems of getting to decision makers quickly.

We have been using ZoomInfo for about two months now, to create call-out lists for our sales reps, it has been a great additional tool in getting the right contact information all the time! it is worth every penny!
What do you dislike about the product?
ZoomInfo allows you to tag data within the platform, unfortunately, it does not allow you to share tags between accounts, it would be helpful to do this.

Updating our CRM system to have quality and correct data. It has also helped us generate new opportunities and leads.
