What do you like best about the product?
Business insight, allowing me to be more relevent

Sometimes email and phone numbers are not as accurate as I would like, but no complaints

Business insight is critical to helping customers succeed. ZoomInfo allows me to stay abreast of what is happening within my customers and prospects, allowing me to be a more valuable resource for them and their business. I can honestly say I can attribute success to the information I have found on ZoomInfo
Thanks to ZoomInfo I am able to verify information quickly about a business to guarantee a sale.
What do you like best about the product?
When I am contacting a client I need to know information about their company so they see that I have looked them up and are interested in helping them market to their clients. They hear me state true facts that I found on ZoomInfo and start to feel more comfortable talking to me.
What do you dislike about the product?
N/A I have not discovered any dislikes using ZoomInfo.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo helps me to know who my client is without really having to know them. There's a vast amount of information in ZoomInfo that helps make sales happen faster. It's a huge bonus when you want to find emails and phone numbers in a snap.

I would recommend anyone working in marketing to use the powerful tool ZoomInfo!

What do you like best about the product?
What I like the best about Zoom info is the accuracy and the ability to pull information into SFDC to better help us know who we should target using our ABM approach
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I would say i dislike was it was different than I was used to when demoed by our SFDC admin

The problems we are solving is having more accurate information with the personas we need in comparison to what we used before

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about ZoomInfo is having all information pertaining to businesses in one place. That includes subsidiary and affiliate businesses, contact information with direct LinkedIn link, an downloadable business card for Outlook, and financial information and reports. Last but not least, updates on selected business activities another intelligence tool for maximizing prospecting conversations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Spending time verifying the contacts information is current.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Access to relevant contacts. This allows me to maximize prospecting time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
ZoomInfo is a great tool for accessing relevant contacts quickly with information about the contact as well as easy access to LinkedIn for making connections to each contact. Makes like much easier as a Sales professional.

What do you like best about the product?
How intuitive the tool is and their database is amazing, but the customer support we get from our Customer Success Mgr and Account Mgr is top notch.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found any downside to using Zoom as everything has been better than expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding the correct POC along with company information such as tech stack. Zoom has cut my search time down tremendously and the application has so much to offer it has helped out my team more then we anticipated.

Going with ZoomInfo is a no brainer. Great application with outstanding support.

The accuracy of the information on zoom info has really helped my productivity increase!

There is really nothing I could say that I dislike!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With ZoomInfo, I was able to narrow the margin of possible prospects which in turn allowed me to reach decision makers! The benefit I realized was that my time spent on the phone became efficient and produced results.

Quickly finding titles and direct phone numbers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it logs me out after inactivity.

Getting in touch with prospects and customers via phone.
Excellent product for getting a clean view of customers

Integration is seamless and very easy to use the product. Quality and accuracy of data is also good.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some enrichment fields are still not available in API and needs to be enriched by batch mode.

Enriching customer data for targetted marketing

What do you like best about the product?
Initially, I used ZoomInfo solely for getting contact info for my target accounts. While they are great at this, and it's still my #1 use case, I have recently found huge value in looking at companies Technology stacks for my competitors and for solutions where I know we have tight integrations. This, combined with their alerts on scoops, gives me something immediately to talk about when I get a prospect on the phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is the fact that my company won't upgrade to the new version that provides more mobile numbers and has a larger set of contacts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Going into a meeting armed with the information I can get from ZoomInfo definitely sets me apart from my competitors and lets my prospects know I've done my research. Additionally, their customer service has been outstanding in helping me finding information and providing tutorials to help me easily take advantage of their more advanced features. ZoomInfo definitely helps me get to the decision-makers faster, and helps me prioritize my outreach based on where I know there is a good fit for the products I'm selling. I couldn't do my job without it!
Game Changer for Cold Prospecting
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the feature to track businesses and get alerts when there are any pertinent updates that may be a compelling event for you to reach out and leverage.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a slight breach in the integrity of data due to attrition of employment for potential prospects, there is limited data for some smaller companies (not sure if there is a way to request ZoomInfo to cultivate data for them, but that would be amazing), and I dislike the fact that I cannot configure the "Scoops" widget to tailor what information comes across it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving the problem of finding prospects to sell to. It is quite valuable to have a prospects cell number, especially this year considering the mass work from home orders. It is a direct line of communication to who I want to speak with.
