My prospecting with ZoomInfo
What do you like best about the product?
I like the integration with Salesforce the most. It saves me a lot of time to be able to work inside of SFDC and not toggle between the 2 applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are still additional features we need to pay for that I would like now. We are currently trying to secure the budget to pay for these features
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am looking for a very particular buyer of my software and ZoomInfo helps me target that buyer. I can search by company as well as specific backgrounds of the employees. I also like the ability to see an org chart so I can map out the account for planning
Leads galore!
What do you like best about the product?
Finding direct phone numbers and emails for my leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform requires quite a few clicks

Finding decision makers instantly.

Not much to dislike but does take a few tries to figure how best to narrow down your contacts.

I have a never before called on territory, Zoom helps me build a prospect list.

I don't like the limited visibility of the persons profile compared to Sales Navigator

I'm able to get essential contact info and employee titles/companies. It's very quick and easy.

What do you dislike about the product?
While ZoomInfo offers a powerful platform, it's important to note that data accuracy can sometimes be inconsistent. Additionally, the pricing model can be complex for some organizations. However, the benefits of using ZoomInfo far outweigh these minor drawbacks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo is a lifesaver for our sales team. It's like having a super-powered search engine that finds the best leads in seconds. The AI is super smart, and the Salesforce integration is a dream. While it's not perfect, the pros definitely outweigh the cons.

Alerts, saved searches, advanced search, scoops, search by technolgies
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much I dislike, to be honest emails that capture from zoom info bounces back, may be 5 percent of them gets bounced back, the rest looks good. Somehow I feel the platform is slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
e-mail marketing- Easy to collect information about prospects within our target market search.

ZoomInfo is an SDR's Best Friend
What do you like best about the product?
Kudos to the merger between ZoomInfo and Discover org. I have been using Discover org since 2015. That was my first experience with lead generation and made my job so much easier. Last year 2019, when I started using ZoomInfo and Discover org together but separately I appreciated different aspects of both. I love that this tool allows me to quickly search for the RIGHT contacts in mass. The ability Save searches, Recent searches are available for view if I forget to save them, building lists with very specific advanced filters. The option to bulk export into csv files. These are all pretty table stakes things but really help me do my job well. The org chart mapping capabilities are great too! By far my favorite tool at work.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that I could do a larger export into Salesforce that goes beyond 25 people per page. If I could import 100, that would be better. Also I do not like that ZoomInfo sometimes shows multiple SFDC accounts linked to one company that I am looking at for contacts. If I choose the wrong account sometimes SFDC data gets lost in the void, so a better way to align the ID numbers for accounts in ZoomInfo to my SFDC accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to get good email addresses and phone numbers without having to manually comb through LinkedIn. Before ZoomInfo I would have I also love how Zoom is integrated into my Salesforce account and LinkedIn account making adding new contacts into our database very seamless.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If your role requires you reach out to a large number of people for sales, marketing, or recruiting purposes I would highly recommend this tool. The majority of contacts are current/up to date and have LinkedIn connections integrated for reference. You are most likely using some sort of CRM if you are one of the roles mentioned above and this tool integrates quite seamlessly. Great tool to find the right people for outreach.
A LOT of leads and company data
What do you like best about the product?
User friendly and modern UI (compared to DiscoverOrg). Managing lists is much easier! Lots of employee data and contac info.
What do you dislike about the product?
The certification has a LOT of questions! The 1000 limit of uploading loads per month and the 25 limit of importing leads at a time. Wish it would give you some type of notice/warning that you are at 25. Wish it would show what leads are already in the CRM
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
finding new leads/companies and i love subscribing to scoops and getting the automated updates.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take some of the online training courses and ther certification if you have time!
Found it incredibly useful to find POC's/Alerts are really helpful.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to navigate and set up. I was able to upload my CSV with ease, and use the Alert feature to keep track of relevant news to my accounts and link it to my Salesforce to automate transferring contacts to nurture.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the contact info is outdated, but overall, impressed by the accuracy.

Finding the right point of contacts within my account base to target for prospecting.
Superb Tool - Upgrade your Company and Lead Research + Intent Data
What do you like best about the product?
Advanced Search. This feature really allows you to dig in and find out extremely specific details about Companies. From # of Software engineers to technologies used + ranking. Scoops are a huge plus, this is public news about companies as well as ZoomInfo data about certain pain points and projects.

You need to be careful with syncing data into Salesforce or exporting data, there is as monthly limit.
Enriching your database costs credit too. There needs to be careful thought on how to use your credits throughout the year.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Benefits is getting the right information about companies and Leads with very specific searches about ranking, job functions, # of employees, revenue range and company size. The problems I am having is making sure I am not going over the views and monthly sync allowance, plus enriching the data is a
bit complex and is recommended that someone goes over the settings with you just to make sure it doesn't use all of your credits.
