Zoominfo helps me work fast

What do you like best about the product?
I can find contact information for 90% of the contacts I search.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we could use it more for international customers but its limited for what we can do with the GDPR laws.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using zoominfo to source new contacts at existing organizations, enhance our customer data, find new opportunities.

What do you like best about the product?
ZI is an intuitive program that allows for prospecting at warp speed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like any tool, you can't blindly use the data. There are times when the information is dated, or just plain wrong. But those instances are few and far between.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Identifying companies that are not on my regular radar and ready to be contacted.

What do you like best about the product?
I can search for companies and contacts with decision makers in my territory. ZoomInfo has helped me gain an additional quarter million in sales. I am targeting my ideal customer, Manufacturing, HQ in my territory, between 200-500 employees with 10% year over year growth. Find the company, then find the decision makers reduces the "our main offices are in Chicago, Dallas or someplace else." When you add in the company intent and the WebSights your more productive with your prospecting.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve is a bit steep. The good thing is they have videos and people who are willing to help you be successful. Another feature that I wish they had "HINT HINT" is that saved searches that match run every day with contactws would allow me to Tag AND directly import to Salesforce. Now I have to do them one at a time or do a CSV to get them out of ZoomInfo, then to a CSV file and then to an upload.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting information to decision makers. It helps to create awarenss of what we do and who we are. When tied to the WebSights and Intent you now know what companies are looking at your website and what they are looking for.

What do you like best about the product?
If I am ever having trouble finding a Decision Maker, I can easily go in and search for the C-Suite contact that will be able to make decisions. It also gives a lot of information about recent news, intent data, and the ability to micro-focus on accuracy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Must have license to use (paid) or you have to watch a live demo for a free license. The free license is limited to 10 contacts. It is expensive and suited for "larger" companies/corporations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When your organization has bad data, you do not reach the right connections. Withh Zoominfo, I can find accurate information.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use , it helps users to generate leads based on specific criteria such as industry, revenue, company size, and geographic location. It Can intergrate with Salesforce CRM. Provide company profile, contact information such email Add, job title and contact number.
What do you dislike about the product?
ZoomInfo provides vast amounts of contact and company data, the accuracy of that data is not always perfect. Contacts may change jobs or companies, or information may become outdated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives me details on company size, contact information like email Add, phone number and job title. It helped me inidentifying prospects by anlysisng their buying intent and build targted outreach activity.

What do you like best about the product?
it has multiple data fields when you view certain contacts such as contact details which as email id, title, phone number (HQ and Direct), Location has local and HQ place, job start date, previous job, what the person is responsibile for, employement history and then web insights, which talks about various ariticles may be published in pertaining to the person
What do you dislike about the product?
tool is expensive no doubt, but imagine closing "n" number of deals is sweet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
the intelligence around accounts and leads is significant in customer calls.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo Sales has a very good database and accuracy. Its makes it very easy to find leads and make a reaserch on it andtarget the company. The integration with our CRM platform is very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoominfo sales one of the main drawbacks I’ve encountered is the pricing structure also i have noticed that the customer support experience could be more responsive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo addresses my challenges of data enrichment. It save alot of our manual efforst and save alot of time.
It is solving criticals issues of leads generation, quality of data.

What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I didn’t like about ZoomInfo Sales was that the leads’ information wasn’t always accurate, and there were occasional bugs in the software. However, I was impressed by the ZoomInfo team’s responsiveness and dedication to addressing my concerns. They worked quickly to resolve issues and ensure my experience improved, which I really appreciated.
