Very helpful. Wade introduced many features that I was not utilizing before our call.

What do you like best about the product?
The most valuable point for me is the contact information: e-mails, direct phones, mobile phones, and the number of HQ. You can find also a LinkedIn profile and sometimes additional e-mails (generally the personal email). Moreover, you can understand the structure of the company and use the search tools by location, title, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nevertheless, ZoomInfo is a powerful tool; sometimes, I can't find information about the account and its employees. For example, I noticed more than 2,000 employees, but ZoomInfo provides information about only 500 employees. However, I totally recommend its tool for all salespeople because you can find a lot about your future potential customers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem is a lack of information about your account. You can find only the HQ phone numbers and e-mail, but you should find direct and mobile phone numbers.

What do you like best about the product?
It has so many ways to gather information on leads as well as find competitors within the same realm. I think having contacts previous jobs and or position is a major help in connecting with the person or like I mentioned finding new connections and or leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how some are out of date and that makes it difficult to be efficient while using it for calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm skipping the "gatekeeper" stage which is just the worst. I immediately find a contact and save so much more time than the cold calling way that we've been using prior.
ZoomInfo is awesome, and Wade Zarosinski's training was even better!
What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo is just the tool we were looking for, as we are expanding our US presence - it allows us to efficiently and effectively locate the companies and contact that precisely match our search criteria. Wade provided our team with training over multiple sessions - he is sharp, agile, knowledgeable, and always had the answers to our (many) question - which were always delivered with a smile!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike - this product is great.
It would be good if ZoomInfo would consider supporting more advanced search queries - similar to Jira's JQL. This however is a nice to have.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom info allows us to seamlessly laser-focus on the market segments and potential partners that are most relevant to our company.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how ZoomInfo and Discover.org merged capabilities because having the company highlights, as well as updated contacts via the search has been an absolute game changer.
What do you dislike about the product?
At time the contact information is out of date, or the person is no longer at the company. If there was a way to double-check or cross reference with LinkedIn that would be amazing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving smart sales prospecting, as well understanding which accounts to prioritize based on alerts I have flagging certain types of initiatives. This saves me time and effort, as well as helps me to import the data where I need it via the integrations.

This is a great tool if you are a "Hunter" and are looking for companies in a specific industry, and contacts within those companies.

When you need to find prospects (Accounts or Contacts) - there is no better tool!

"Industry" classification has been a struggle...wish there were more options and paths to look at the data in various ways...

If you need help determining what Accounts to cover & what personas to go after...and then have a means to connect with them (email, phone, etc) this tool is a must have. Our ability to build pipeline has now reached new levels

Pair ZoomInfo with LinkedIn Navigator. These tools should compliment one another - not be an either or selection.

What do you like best about the product?
One thing I love is finding leads at prospective businesses before calling. Even when they are the wrong contact, it opens the door just to have a name and number because they're usually far more likely to help you get connected or get a sales appointment than the operator/front desk answering person who's trained to keep you out.
The other thing I love is that you can export those contacts effortlessly to salesforce! It makes prospecting a much more efficient process.

What do you dislike about the product?
For some businesses that are a little less established it is still hard to find a contact and you only have the phone number to call instead. But that is slightly expected with smaller businesses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem is that when you cold call a business the front desk people are likely try determine if this call is worth their time even though they are not the decision maker for that solution... having a name to ask for (even if it's wrong) allows you to by-pass them by just asking for that person instead of telling them your access message.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a great tool but you need to learn how to use it still and you can't expect it to take the place of good old fashioned prospecting techniques like making lots of calls every day.

What do you like best about the product?
The amount of direct phone lines, especially mobile numbers which has been a life saver while being a remote SDR.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime the Chrome extension can be glitchy throughout updates and you'll encounter a wrong number, but only occasionally.

Getting to the right people faster and more efficiently - helps me create more opportunities.
