ZoomInfo - tons of useful info, use it!
What do you like best about the product?
The detailed contact info is my favorite part.
What do you dislike about the product?
just need to take training to use, otherwise, you may not be taking full advantage of the features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
learning about accounts that are both customers and prospects in my territory.

What do you like best about the product?
The search parameters allow you to get granular results so you can zero in on the prospects you need. This is helpful when exporting prospects into our CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
The results page should have an option to display results as 25/50/100...etc along with the customizing columns for easier navigation of the results.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our problem was too many wrong contacts. When using other search platforms or searching the web resulted in wasted hours and subpar results. Now we have one source to find accurate information for our prospects. We no longer have to waste time siphoning through contacts that aren't prospects. As a result, we have saved time and effort reaching our prospects. Our team's pipeline has grown substantially since the switch to zoominfo.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo is the complete tool for our Sales and Marketing team. I love the Scoop, Intent, and WebSight intelligence features of ZoomInfo. It works like magic when I target my prospects based on my technology, industry, company size, and many more filter criteria. The scoop feature of ZoomInfo gave me the company's business pain points, any projects they are planning to start, and the right contact information of that company's decision-making employees. The intent feature of ZoomInfo gave us the ability to contact the companies that have been extensively searching for Salesforce technologies and finding the right contact of that company to offer our service.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found that yet! I have just started to use ZoomInfo for our prospecting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SK Cloud Technologies is a Salesforce registered consulting partner mainly focusing on providing Salesforce CRM Automation, Salesforce Marketing Automation, Salesforce Call-Centre Integration, Customer Engagement Management, Customer and Partner Community, System Integration (finance/accounting, ERP, supply chain, etc.) services to our customers. ZoomInfo has been immensely helping us to find the right prospects/customers who have been having the pain points around their business operations and looking for Salesforce partners like us to provide complete end to end solutions for their business pain points.

ZoomInfo intelligence can ensure that Sales, Marketing, and Account Management teams win more deals by providing the exact service the customers are looking forward to from any vendors.

Very reliable contact list. Can always browse Zoominfo for any company details. Support team is excellent

Lot of contacts without emails or phone numbers

I am in Sales and always browsing for a prospective list for different verticals. Zoominfo database result is very reliable and the list is infinite

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to research organizational charts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that the information regarding employee contacts and financials was more up to date.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use ZoomInfo to do research within organizations for sales purposes, specifically for IT and C Level purposes. There is a wealth of knowledge about how organizations function, especially with their financial breakdowns.
Eliminated my multiple prospecting resources into one
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to narrow my prospecting by my territorial zip code, filtering my search details, and having the inside scoop of the "Intent" of my prospects gives me the advantage and efficiency to perform my day to day prospecting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Realtime updates, which is hard to accomplish and I completely understand. I've experienced contacts no longer active on the company profile.

Being able to have access to top executive contact info, which has a major part in the decision making process, eliminates the hurdles for making your information viable.
Cutting out much of the hard work to get the person you need.

- Getting direct numbers to the right person.
- Company information - locations, numbers, revenue and employees.
- Search filters that allow me to find companies that would be good to prospect and exporting to my CRM.
This really does cut out much of the fruitless activity of searching for companies and battling with gate keepers to get in touch with the right person.

What do you dislike about the product?
- Unreliable information - about 80% of the information is correct (that may be a harsh estimate) so from time to time the numbers are fax lines, or the wrong number altogether, but that is true for much of the information on the internet.
- "help" and pop-ups can be annoying, however I am sure that there is an element of user error, so please take that into account.
Essentially like all resources, there will always be something to improve on, but there is no avoiding, that this is one of the more powerful sales tools in my arsenal, and I fear leaving my company and selling without this. I

I can search more effectively for companies that I can prospect - excluding companies that would be a waste of time.
Also being able to be much more effective in reaching out to the right person within their organization as opposed to beating my head against the wall battling with gatekeepers etc.
This makes me far more efficient and therefore effective for my company.

Great Value and great Data
What do you like best about the product?
The system is easy to use and you are able to find all the hidden gems and pieces of data you need.
What do you dislike about the product?
Have to pay extra if you want cell phone numbers
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to identify company information and email addresses in one place. The data is very accurate and you dont need a million different chrome extensions to try and find the data. Plus zoominfo now comes with a quick and easy to use extension so you dont always need to sign into the full version.

The ability to be able download data to a CSV

Once you have a list save, hard to get number directly

Sourcing leads. Downloads directly to CSV excel file. Easy to find numbers and get directly in touch with clients. Allows you to see accurate company size as well.
ZoomInfo is a resource that EVERY Organization needs
What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo is a resource that EVERY Organization needs if they want to see their business grow. The data is accurate, the data is plentiful and it's amazing how their platform integrates to our CRM seamlessly and we enjoy the google plug-in's for convenience in perusing prospective customers' websites and seeing insight into their current financials, scoops on project initiatives and of course access to the company Organizational Charts and the contact info within those org charts. I HIGHLY recommend ZoomInfo and would consider myself one of their biggest fans. Can't say enough to do a justice in terms of the ways this tool helps businesses scale their sales / BD teams success rates. Unbelievable job! Hats off to the entire organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that you have to click on each contact to view their contact info in the Contact List view, If there was an "Expand All" option that'd be nice to have so we can call through people and not have to click, one-by-one-by-one.

Getting real-time insight with the intent information and seeing what types of things our current list of customers are looking to talk about.
