Easy to use interface, getting value within 5 minutes

What do you like best about the product?
- The ability to tag and save complex searches.
- Ease of use and how quickly I was getting value from the product
- It's a good tool
What do you dislike about the product?
Exporting org charts was a little difficult, but overall the product isn't difficult to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- I have been able to figure out who is working at organizations I am trying to sell to, while also being more informed about their business activity

Ease of use. Data is easy to read, capture and dowload

sometimes it does not clear the data properly and causes issues for next search

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to use and how accurate the information presented is. Also great integration tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how expensive it is. Itys a bit much for any small business to manage but larger ones could reap the benefit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding the CORRECT job titles and contact information can be a struggle. Zoom Info helps with that.

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite thing or what I like 'best' is how simple it is to search and find the right people at the right company/s. I must add that I also greatly appreciate the granular level of detail that we are given when applying filters/variables to a search.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the search bar at the top. It is not a regular search bar - and I understand the benefit of the interactive, live search bar - and a lot of the time it will not allow me to conduct a new search, but simply shows me the last search result it gave me in the interactive section that loads up when you begin typing. I must mention, this is only something I have highlighted because I was asked for something I dislike - I generally to not dislike anything about the platform and am finding new ways to use it to better my work and output all the time!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I check contacts, their details and especially their direct lines and mobile phone numbers! A benefit I have recently realised is the alert emails. I use the new contacts as an indication of who I should be engaging :)

What do you like best about the product?
Discover/Zoom Info not only helps me find key customer contacts within the federal government, but it also does a great job of keeping you in the loop with current happenings with your target customers or agencies.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is challenging to find government contractors who are supporting the government. i.e. if an agency has a prime contract with a systems integrator, but still has a .gov email address, it can be a challenge to

What do you like best about the product?
The export to excel feature is such a well thought of tool. It makes my process of lead uploading much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like all the emails I get, and alert banners on the websites.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to get my sales people new contacts at plants where they cannot go (due to COVID). The benefits are numerous; direct dial numbers, mobile numbers, LinkedIn connections, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
It allows you to source information easily, creating a seamless sales process and an easy tool to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can occasionally become a bit slow and cause some lag when using a lot of pages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving so many problems! It allows me to source genuine information and contact leads quicker.

The insights around buyer intent, drill down in the hierarchy of leadership and contact info.
What do you dislike about the product?
The 10% of the time or so that the personal info is not accurate. Pulling hair here!!!

top of the funnel to get in contact with DM's. The fastest way to get the info you need

What do you like best about the product?
My company has numerous offerings, so being able to use buyer intent to target contacts for relevant campaigns on topics that they are researching is great! Also, integration with CRM is a huge time saver!
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish it was able to save filters on Buyer Intent topics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easier to update contact information especially during the pandemic. Easier to target the right people with the right message - increased open rates, webinar attendees, new logos!

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to get information on accounts like IT budget, which is relevant for my job.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if it updated more frequently since sometimes prospects are no longer at the company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to prospect on reliable information. It is great when you can connect with the right people.
