Easy to manage the filters and industry and works great with the salesforce too.

It helps to find the correct info and provides correct direct number and business emails.

Everything is awesome there is nothing which I dislike about Zoominfo Sales OS

It helps to find the correct business email and the contacts number for the better reach.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how user-friendly the app is. I also really like how it gives me specific company insights that I wouldn't find else where. Also easily integrated within SFDC.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one downside is that the link to SFDC is a little weak. There are prospects on companies who are no longer there. It also sometimes can give inaccurate data that I have to cross-reference.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me understand what a company is looking for in terms of software, where they're located and what competitors are there so I can check to see if they are a customer when I reach out.

What do you like best about the product?
Using Zoominfo in sales is helpful to be able to prospect new accounts. It is also great for trying to find potential decision makers within a company. Zoominfo is very helpful when it comes to finding information for a needed contacct as well. There are many features that you can set that narrow down your search and more custom to what your needs are
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downfall I have with ZoomInfo, is the information on contacts being out of date. I have called contacts to find out they have left the company 14 years prior. Im not sure how they can make this better, but once they do it will be great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo helps me solve my common problem of not getting the needed contact information from a gatekeeper. This allows me to narrow the contact down if given a name, or department. Most often I can find who I am looking for and contact them directly.

Ease of use, linkedin + chrome extension, and accuracy of telephone numbers

Web app is clunky and search results do not yield accurate results when manually inputting names.

Finding mobile phone numbers - no other solution is as accurate

What do you like best about the product?
I like how I can view customizable scoops from a company relevant to what I am looking for. It is super easy and efficent and allows me to customize my outreach.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime the contact and company data can be outdated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its solving my ability to know what organizations are having intent for specific things. Also, its helping me to get insights on important company scoops and websight visits. This all allows me to get an idea that they have some sort of intent to look for new software so it ensures I am prospecting into relevant companies.

many outdated numbers and titles. Many folks who haven't worked at their company for last few years.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo SalesOS is a great platform in finding out recent news events, key company insights, and contacts who are the main decision makers.
What do you dislike about the product?
A lot of the contacts need to be updated as they have made recent job moves.

It is opening the door to find the correct email addresses and cell phone numbers of those hard to reach decision makers.

What do you like best about the product?
Prospecting is simple with ZoomInfo. ZI helps fill in the gaps in my event lead lists, provides intel around whose currently in market through Intent data, love the integrations, being able to create custom automated workflows. Truly makes prospecting a breeze - cannot imagine my role without ZI!

Sometimes when trying to login it glitches but other than that no complaints!

Lead generation, data verification, automating workflows
Many times the number, names, titles, and if the business is open anymore are inaccurate

The chrome extension and the new tab to go to employees makes it very simple

When you open it and view all employees you can't easily navigate back to the overview, you have to make it the small size then expand the zoom again

Getting direct lines is crucial and ZoomInfo allows me to get them
