What do you like best about the product?
I use ZoomInfo Sales to help find decision makers and contact information like company numbers, branch numbers, direct lines, and emails for my outreach. I like the ability to find by or have a LinkedIn page associated with a user, and finding general company info so I can qualify contacts is useful. The initial setup was easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Recently the Important to Know AI section has not been working. It just says not enough relevant information for your prompt. The paragraph says 'Please provide more info about the company to see details,' but you can't interact with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use ZoomInfo Sales to find decision makers and contact info, like company details, direct lines, and emails, which helps in my outreach. It also finds general company info for qualifying contacts.

I like that it syncs well with CRMs and sales tools. I also like that you can build highly targeted lists in minutes instead of hours

What do you like best about the product?
I really like that I can reveal contact data and corporate structure, which allows me to verify certain positions at any company regardless of the industry. It's incredibly helpful that I can search by website domain. ZoomInfo Sales makes it super easy to find direct emails or cell phone numbers for c-suite executives, saving a lot of time and effort in searching for valid and correct contact details. Also, setting it up was very simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing is prohibitive for many businesses. If they had a version where you could pay per contact, I think they would have a lot more users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo Sales helps me quickly find and verify contact details, saving me from searching everywhere. I gain easy access to direct emails and phone numbers of c-suite executives and can search by website domain, which is super helpful.

Able to extract hot number and active Hot emails of prospect

UI is slightly hard, too many filters so sometimes its hard to find the right one. DNC numbers are also available

What do you like best about the product?
the platform makes sourcing new contacts for either known or unknown accounts a breeze. I also use their RingLead program daily for all large Salesforce data uploads. Their program preforms perfectly.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is sometimes hard to tell if an individual has moved on from a company based on their profile on the website.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contact sourcing and data uploads are my most beneficial features of the tool in my opinion.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how ZoomInfo Sales helps me capture the most value out of my leads. It provides a great call to action to use the data and get from farming to hunting. The initial setup was a breeze, one of the easier crossovers we've had. I use ZoomInfo Sales for getting background information on my prospects and I can always rely on it as a resource when searching for emails for additional contacts.

I don't like the rate at which the points deplete from digging into more data.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the filters and intent data in ZoomInfo Sales. It's really helpful because we have multiple ways to filter, and the intent data gives us leverage on the companies and the people we are targeting. It's way more efficient compared to other tools I've used, which were a pain to filter through different titles and locations. ZoomInfo Sales allows for a lot more options.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to narrow down the titles more. If you add a job title like maintenance manager, it just gives you maintenance manager titles. I would like it to be more specific or narrowed down.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo Sales provides highly accurate data for prospecting and call outreach. I like the multiple filtering options and intent data that give us a leverage on targeting companies and people effectively.
