Integration help
What do you like best about the product?
Finding key contact information such as a person's cell phone number as opposed to their company HQ number.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the contacts needed in the construction industry are not there yet. Like some of the smaller businesses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes cold calling easier.
So far, very good!.. finished the survey, and it never reaches the $20 sign, will I get my reward??
What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo has the great, and usually very expensive, ability to help us locate additional points of contact in various industries to better collaborate. Have not used other software to compare it to.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a tough ask but more international contacts in our industry would be helpful, some companies do not even pull when a quick google search can find most basic details of the organization we're trying to locate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding the right contacts can be very time-consuming, some organizations are too large to dissect... Anything that can give us a competitive edge is a win-win, good money spent.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, and nine times out of ten, is has the direct dial number that I'm looking for.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of one thing that I don't like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am finding email addresses and direct dial numbers. No more guessing and searching all over.
ZoomInfo is the best Lead Gen App
What do you like best about the product?
We can contact the C-Level, VP-Level, Director level very easily with the Contact Numbers and Email IDs. We also get to know the technologies used by the customers, it's a good option to have. I am very happy with the ZoomInfo tool for sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
Make UI/UX user friendly, especially if the contacts are searched in advanced search. Make data more accurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's easy to connect with the customers as we have contacts that are available in Zoominfo. We can reach out to more customers and can contact multiple people in an organization, it's an added advantage.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the Websights and Insights functions and being able to find quality contact details for contacts that matter to me
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to draw better contact lists based on vertical - some of the contacts or suggestions I get are a bit strange. Also the turnover estimates for most companies are way off.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can now find the right contact in most any target company - and a way to getting in touch with them! This make things so much easier and my prospecting time more productive when I can see which companies are looking at us and at the products we sell!
Amazing resources for Sales professionals
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of search, intent score, scoops, financials section, technologies and attributes are super helpful, competitors is great to see. Pretty much everything and anything you need to know about a company is included and thensome! It's like Owler and Crunchbase on steroids
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the data can be inaccurate, but that is to be expected with the amount of role switching in today's modern business era. I wish the intent recommended buyers was a bit more accurate as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest and most important thing I am using ZoomInfo for is prospecting and mining into my current client accounts and new logos. The ease of exporting contacts into SFDC is also a HUGE BONUS!
Very valuable tool for sales folks
What do you like best about the product?
Contact information is very accurate which is helpful for sales folks. Also, company summaries that include their current tech stack are very useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally ZoomInfo will automatically log me out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to research prospects quickly, see the competitors, and see recent news which allows me to be more efficient in my outreach.

It is very easy to navigate the tool, and the information is very thorough.

I would like to download more than 25 records at at time

Powerful Tool with Great UI
What do you like best about the product?
The information is almost always up to date, and I enjoy the "Buying Committee" feature, which lets me find the right people faster. Plus, the design of the site is user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the site speed is slower than other applications I'm using, but other factors could cause that. I would like to see more customization of Navigation bars and other search tools within the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have solved the problem of calling into a company blindly and asking for people whom I don't know anything. It also allows me to speak about relevant topics to this business thanks to the Scoops feature.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give it a try! It integrates with other platforms, so you don't have to put all your eggs in one basket if you don't want to!

What do you like best about the product?
Its ease of use to navigate companies and find out valuable information on who is viable to contact when executing a company search function.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the leads are old or are not as updated. I come into frequently that sometimes the person does not work there any longer which is awkword.or missing info

Difficulty find any decision makers without zoom is difficult till I login in and find out all the company information I would need
