Remarkable user interface .
What do you like best about the product?
You can find anyone on the planet on zoominfo as long as they are in a company.
What do you dislike about the product?
The database is not updated came across numerous contacts who were not in the role or passed away.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting the insights of an organization and understanding the hierarchy and chart to target the decision makers.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to be able to search in the parameters needed and to be able to see the results clearly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have only been using it for a little while and have not really seen the downside and I use it everyday.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am now able to show my clients if there campaigns are working by the amount of traffic to their websites.
Zoominfo for Outbound SDR
What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo has been a game-changer for me as an outbound SDR in the UK market. Its accuracy and interface have helped my prospecting efforts, making it an essential tool in myday to day work. Highly recommended to all sales persona!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such, the extention does work some times, the zoom logo just loads for hours.

Excellent way to gain insight!
What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo SalesOS is wonderful for gaining insight into many companies. It provides not only good contact information, but also good information about what the person does and where they fit into the organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Every once in a while there might be an inaccurate number but other than that, it is great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is letting me know who is good about receiving calls and who is not. Providing cell numbers has been a huge help!
ZOOM is where it's at!
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom's infornation is relevant, concise and complete. The process of downloading contacts by state and vertical is great for my business. And, most importantly, it's incredibly easy. I have used other services and the information was very outdated and the format did not integrate easily into our CRM. The expert Zoom team provided my sales team with an easy and informative training that made implementing Zoom into our daily sales very easy. The Zoom team is very quick to respond and very helpful. OUr team use4es Zoom on a daily basis.

The wish Zoom providing LinkedIn results for individual contacts and not just businesses.

What do you like best about the product?
The possibility of narrowing down information to the size which is useful for real-life business prospection.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to understand better the meaning of "intent" and be able to configure how to set up intent to my reseaarch.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo is the main source of contact information within a company, providing valuable insights about who is responsible for what, and how to reach out to each one of the prospective leads, through email or business phone, even providing insights on how likely they are about responding.
Great prospecting tool
What do you like best about the product?
Great way to pull large prospect lists, look up individual contact information, and run queries on prospects compiled outside ZoomInfo. Integration with Salesforce makes for easy tracking and data collection.
What do you dislike about the product?
On the more expensive side of prospecting tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to easily pull large lists of prospects, quick way to find high level info on companies, and finding new contact info on constituents.
Better Prospecting
What do you like best about the product?
It's a user-friendly platform, It's provides accurate results

It's based on predictability hence sometimes the data is a guesswork
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solves me the tiring process of researching and going through multiple websites looking for companies and their employee and the looking to verify the source.
Very happy with experience, Zoominfo is a must for the work I do.
What do you like best about the product?
The workflow capabilities is my favorite feature. After defining and filtering my ICP I will get updates via email about any new companies or news on my current targets. Great to have something working in the background for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
My dislikes would be because of the industry I am in. I know in other industry intent and filtering based on technologies works well. But in the Legal space, it seems to lack some info.

It provides contact info for our ICP, email, phone.
A Fantastic Sourcing Tool For Sales Teams
What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo provides my sales team and I realiable contacts with usuable data to help us source and close deals. We use many of the tools including using it to source new leads, to enriching current prospect data. They have implemented several new features which have improved our leads. One of my favorite new features is showing which methods of contact are more likely to suceed. Our team has also recieved refresher trainings to ensure that we are utilizing the system to its best capabilities. Overall ZoomInfo is a major tool for our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are few downsides that I have discovered using ZoomInfo. Using the platform fully does come with a steep learning curve.There is a fully complete knowledge base to help you learn about the system but that does not substitue a intuitve system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My team is utilizing ZoomInfo to source high quality leads that show intent in my product. We are using it to source new leads as well as verifying the data of current leads. We are building out intent list as well as viewing individuals visiting our website.
