What do you like best about the product?
It enables sales and marketing people like me to identify potential leads through intent management. These indicators indicate companies that are actively researching or showing interest in a particular solution. By using SalesOS, companies can focus their efforts on prospects converting, thereby improving productivity and targeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Inaccuracies within the information furnished via ZoomInfo. While the cause indicators may be treasured, sometimes outdated information wrong employee company name, email even contact.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enables me to define Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) and build an account universe based on profiles. By leveraging data-driven insights and buying signals.

Zoominfo OS helps me find decsion makers. I cold call and mainy gate keepers will just say no because they do not have the authority to say yes. Zoom info helps me find the stakeholder who caresz

What do you like best about the product?
We employ an account-based approach to selling and marketing into our database of customers and prospects. ZoomInfo helps us to flesh out Contacts and increase our exposure to the efforts we make. What we also like is to be able to connect with visitors to our website with automated workflows that establish communication exchanges right in the window of time of relevance to the visitor.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't love the Bulk Credits consumption model. We've had account executives save very loose workflows and import a bunch of low quality Contacts that ate up our bulk credits. That requires timely monitoring now that we've been burned and that would be tantamount to 'bad profits' in the CEM world.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo allows us to access Contacts on account records whereas absent ZI we would have a difficult time getting to those Influencers, Champions, and Economic Buyers. Clearly, having a fleshed out account with numerous contacts in multiple work groups allows us to be able to demo and sell "deep and wide".

Gets the correct numbers and emails for various personas and has benefited me in reaching out and closing deals

What do you like best about the product?
It aggregates top profile intelligence on companies and presents it in an easy to access manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
Always spot check contacts at a company - review again to verify current/historical info.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves aggregating in-depth information and overview about a company and allows you to easily import it into SalesForce.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can find all the info fast! it gives a great summary a brief description of the industry, history, HQ, and Revenue.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really have any dislikes, besides when they aren't able to find a company in the system but sometimes companies are new or don't have any information to report so it really isn't a ZoomInfo issue
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
for my role, I need to know where the business is HQ and how much revenue are they brining in yearly. I'm able to find that quickly without leaving thier website

What do you like best about the product?
Well to be specific, I have been using Zoominfo since 2019 and used in 3 different organisations. Currently using mainly for Lead Generation and Account management. Best part is accuracy and quality of data. I would not say is 100%, however better than other tools. I recently acquired a Big account with the help of zoominfo.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think cost of the tool is 5 times more than the other tool and also I tried their customer support it reall sucks. If someone from the team read this plz work on your customer support or technical support.

What do you like best about the product?
Accuracy, vast information, user friendliness, it intergrates easily with our tools as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes takes too long to load or gets stuck when it's an extension
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I usually use ZoomInfo to scrub leads for my accounts processes. It usually provides with almost accurate data. ZoomInfo makes it easier as it provides buyer intent as well, which makes it easier for me to target certain accounts.

Sometimes the info is a bit outdated in terms of job tittle, tech tools, and contact information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solves the issue of finding a list of people that are in out ICP with contact info included. It is benefiting us because we can now target these people.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to help me reach out to any account or persona 8/10 times.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI can be improved. Too many filters and options. Can be right sized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me do my own prospecting and build my own lead/contact lists without depending on Marketing. Working with marketing to do this usually doesn't give me even 50% of what I want. So ZI is my Outbound Magic Wand
