What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo provides contact title, email and often direct phone numbers. Also
Scoops provide good information.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some contact numbers can be a bit stale and sometimes require cross referencing with other tools. Having said that, ZoomInfo is my "goto" by a longshot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Directly connecting with the relevant prospect. ZoomInfo provides titles management hierarchy and job role purview. With current phone numbers and email it makes it easy to reach out to multiple prospects sharing a specific challenge - socializing a technology with an entire team can be very effective.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to curate a list of prospects that best suits my needs in the marketing industry. The attention to detail in the information provided is barred none.
What do you dislike about the product?
The amount of information can be overwhelming sometimes. I also find the intent aspect not always to be the best. I'm yet to get a lead using the intent element of ZoomInfo. It may just be the industry I am in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me find an organized list of potential prospects to reach out to. Before the process of curating a list involved simply using Google and wading through unqualified businesses

Helpful for me for understanding my accounts and getting insight into areas that are not visibile from website

user experience could be a bit easier to navigate but easy to learn once you have a handle on it

What do you like best about the product?
easy to understand layout. For the most part pretty accurate contact information
What do you dislike about the product?
A lot of garbage companies out there. Have to sort through the active brands and the ones no longer in business

Helping me find qualified prospects...also really like the hierarchy feature to see who the key players at companies are

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to use and find accounts. I can also set up alerts for specific targeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't bulk-select prospects or filter the view to see more than 25 contacts.

Easy way to consistency access accurate data

What do you like best about the product?
The user interface of ZoomInfo SalesOS is easy to follow; I picked it up after about 10 minutes. It's easy to find a company within my ICP, find my key stakeholder within that company, and then see their contact information to follow-up.
What do you dislike about the product?
For micro-cap companies, I find that sometimes, only a couple of employees are listed on ZoomInfo, if any. So this lack of data is a bit frustrating. But this isn't the case for most.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Primarily, I am using ZoomInfo to find the contact I need at a company within my ICP and then quickly find contact information for that person. It's saving me time and energy.

Zoominfo is the launchpad for effective networking.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hard to think of anything, honestly. Customer service has always been responsive to our needs.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to reach the right point of contact within a company instead of calling the generic office number/gatekeeper. Keeping our CRM info accurate and up to date.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I can think of at the moment. We use Sales Pro+ and it meets all of our needs. there are certain times when information is missing but any time this happens we do notify zoominfo.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The time it takes to reach the correct point of contact when doing cold calls. Instead of calling the office or company number calling the right point of contact directly saves a lot of time and makes the process more effective.

What do you like best about the product?
Zi really has the best contact data. Additionally the website has fantastic UX, very simple and easy to use
What do you dislike about the product?
ZI chrome extension can be buggy - sometimes have to close out screen and then it works after doing that
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In order to prospect cold accounts, you need a way to reach out to them... Without ZI I cant do that
