What do you like best about the product?
The information is accurate. There are so many ways to obtain and retain the information we pull from ZoomInfo.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, there is nothing that I do not like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We no longer have to purchase multiple tools to find the information we need to reach potential partners.

What do you like best about the product?
The contacts are up to date, the synopsis that is provided are thorough and the connections are plentiful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could adjust the fields to what I wanted to see most - like titles versus some of the other information for each contact.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a more reliable source of contact information vs. Media Radar.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo has completely changed the way we connect with the right prospects. It allows us to find the right people quickly and even see the chains of command within an organization. I really like it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the search tools are a bit confusing to use, especially with the chrome extension. It can be hard to see all the contacts that I need without opening it on the actual site.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo really lowered the time it takes me and my team to find the right contacts. The site we used before was a bit outdated and a lot of the emails would bounce after being sent. I appreciate that Zoominfo stays up to date with the right information.

Easy to use and easy to import to CRM

What do you like best about the product?
I am in sales and have found it very helpful in targeting my right buyer persona by using the filters in advance search. The ease of also migrating that list to the CRM is also easy and saves me heaps of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
While I had done many filtered searches, there are few things I found pretty annoying is that ZoomInfo sometimes has outdated or incorrect data. Some profiles had changed their roles, so their emails were incorrect, some profiles were fake and telephone numbers were non-existant ( I had to use an external app to find those numbers).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped me save time. In my previous company, I didn't have ZoomInfo, and had to manually import each and every lead into the system. This was very time consuming. The export feature in zoominfo really does save me time.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the filtering system best. I am able to use applicable filters to find ideal prospect matches.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly don't have many dislikes. I wish I didn't have a monthly ZoomInfo credit limit so that I could use it more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The scoring system allows me to find prospects that are legitimate, current, and accurate.

What do you like best about the product?
Getting contact information for people I am trying to connect with - having Zoominfo as a resource is helpful in outbound selling as you need to reach prospective contacts to get them your message!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not all contacts have a rating on their contacts (rates how accurate it thinks the information is), so it's very much hit or miss if you have the right info. I'd say 50% of the time give or take the content is sufficient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Technical issues can be troublesome - Zoominfo will have an error exporting to other applications, and there can be loading issues of Zoominfo itself at times - otherwise works well

What do you like best about the product?
Super helpful for finding contact info on prospects! Also, love the feature that shows scoops.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes ZI won't let me log in for a few days, and I have to reinstall the program to get it to work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me find contact info not already in my CRM - this helps me get in contact with more leads and hit my numbers.

What do you like best about the product?
We love the integration with Salesforce, and the ability to upload contacts and companies with the click of a button.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had some difficulties with the onboarding, and getting my systems all aligned, but it was more of technical issues on my side.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are saving huge amounts of time finding the correct information and contacts.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom info is helpful because it quickly and regularly identifies what prospects are actually inquiring or searching my area of business. This helps me understand who I need to contact soonest.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are plenty of categories, but I feel like they are not that granular for what I'm looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are solving the issue of timing. Too often, unlucky timing is a problem in our prospecting, so this can help with that.

What do you like best about the product?
Filtering is a great way to drill down and get just the right contacts we need. The ratings of content accuracy are very helpful in further refining lists and contacts.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is the best tool I've used. I'd like to see some better integration with importing contacts into HubSpot to include ownership information or importing them into lists directly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better contact information and data is helping us to focus our efforts on the right target audience more quickly than we were able to do with other tools. We spend less effort to reach more qualified prospects.
