What do you like best about the product?
The ability to quickly divide accounts into Sectors and have a more targeted approach to sales/

It first takes a while to navigate some of the features due to the complexity.

Great tool for start ups

What do you like best about the product?
With Zoominfo we were able to utilize their data to hone in on our ICP. As the insights into our buyer became clear the zoominfo search analytics allowed us to really focus in on the type of company and title we wanted to reach.
What do you dislike about the product?
It did take us a bit of time to understand the critiera based seraches. But once we understood the properties well we were able to get at the right buyer and organization for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo allowed us to target our lead generation at our preferred buyer, ICP, company size, and market..

What do you like best about the product?
1. Been very useful for market and client intelligence.
2. Very effective sales tool to create and manage sales workflow.
3. The best thing about zoominfo is the ease of use. One can get started immediately after downloading the application.
4. Can integrate with most business tools which we use on a day to day basis making our lives easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Advance filters/options can be a bit more accessible

Helping understanding the buying intent of the customer and providing insights on the leads and if they have a need for what their subscribing to

What do you like best about the product?
It is one of the highly demanding tools in the market right now and also beneficial for exceptional data accuracy
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything to be dissatisfied with yet; from my point of view, everything has been positive but the customer support is little bit old
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo effectively tackles lead generation challenges by granting access to valuable lead data, simplifying marketing campaigns, and ultimately delivering significant benefits to me.

What do you like best about the product?
The only think is you get contact number and email id, most of the data is outdated
What do you dislike about the product?
Most of the data in it is outdated, I don't know how they gather the database
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It only gives you phone number and email id, and a brief profile

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfoOS promotes collaboration and effective communication across teams and other external partners. It always fascinates me on how this platform makes our work easier yet efficient and effective, making us reach our target while we aim for continuous improvement.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not really a con and perhaps it's a subjective comment. I would highly suggest to enhance the interface to be more interactive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I've mentioned in the review. ZoomInfo SalesOS streamlines and optimizes our workflows through productive collaboration and effective communication.

Able to extract large databases in an instant

Not much contacts available foe the EU and UK market, USA oriented

Its very easy to use.
Very helpful in reaching out to multiple point of contacts

Not frequently updated.
Sometimes the news tab is not updated with relevant articles
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the expansion team, we are responsible to generate opportunities with customers and with the help of ZoomInfo, I am able to check for other teams that would be benefitting from the software which we sell and push for reference from our point of contacts.

For me, the biggest problem is understand the company type, what is the revenue, their hiring pattern
