Absolutely critical
What do you like best about the product?
Using ZoomInfo has been crucial to better quality prospecting at our business. It's easy to use, gives great information and is vital for anyone in a sales/commercial role.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a little frustrating that most contacts are set to USA first and you have to filter to get to the UK, but this is a minor point. Keep doing what you're doing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo lets us get a better understanding of internal relationships and what stakeholders may be involved with purchasing our solution. It also allows us to more effectively prospect.
Easy to get the information you need
What do you like best about the product?
I love the google chrome extension for zoominfo. It makes it super easy for on any page I can easily look up information about the company. I also love all the tabs to see different aspects of the company
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the data is inaccurate. For example the revenue. I have also had some issues with zoominfo and importing contact data into our crm (salesforce) and having names and job titles being different than what was on linkedin.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo helps me find a prospect's email address and phone number that sometimes wouldn't normally be public information on their linkedin profile. I'm able to contact the prospect with little to no effort
Able to gain customer very easily
What do you like best about the product?
It is so user friendly. I've been able to navigate and teach others how to use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be overwhelming and you can fall into a rabbit hole unless you know exactly what you are looking for.

What do you like best about the product?
I love having the extension so it works well alongside other resources I use--my work is that much more efficient. Also love how easy it is to creat lists and LOVE WebSights!
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't really experienced any downsides. Sometimes the person's company/info hasn't updated when they've moved organizations but it's not something that's impeded my work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo helps me get real contact information. I prospect into a lot of companies that we have never prospected into before so I have no contact information. SalesOS enables me to actually be able to reach out to prospects and actually have the opportunity to create awareness, have opportunities and SELL and do my job and get paid. And who doesn't want to get paid?
It's a one stop shop database with millions of businesses to find the ideal POC's.
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom info Sales OS is the most powerful database we use in our company. Helps find the right contact with their roles and responsibilities. Gives us the info such as email address & contacts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the system gets slow and it crashes. Title section area needs to be looked as few titles are not updated yet if we search them on LinkedIn. But that happens very less

Helping me in my prospecting and penetrating into different companies. Getting direct phone numbers of top professionals. Helping to increase conversion rate and higher returns.
I love ZoomInfo because it helps me find information quickly and easily to help me prospect.

I like how I am able to find out what tech companies are using and their numbers.

Sometimes it is a little finiky- it wont load or it will take a while.

It is helping me find numbers I dont have and with that I am able to book more meetings.

A cutting-edge B2B marketing platform is ZoomInfo SalesOS. We provide the most comprehensive, current, and frequently updated collection of insights, knowledge, and data about prospective customers for businesses and contacts. That can be used to find the POC of the organization for business
What do you dislike about the product?
There is only one thing that i dont like about zoominfo, the data on it is not updated and shows different POC but this happens only once in a blue moon, other than that there is nothing i faced

From my prespective the largest, most trustworthy, and often updated database of business and contact insights, intelligence, and purchasing intent information is Zoominfo. And it is very useful while prospecting
Best tool for searching employees
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom info is beneficial as I am in the sales department and I want to search people's number and email, so I use this tool. It is one of the best there is, and it is straightforward to use
What do you dislike about the product?
The information is at times outdated and at some times when I ask the gatekeeper about the person they tell me that the person has left 5 years ago or at times the person is even dead so thats embarassing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
People information has come to fingertips as otherwise it would be very hard to find and it is saving us a lot of time and now we can just focus on sales rather than searching for people

What do you like best about the product?
Intents for planning & timing my marketing outreach, and the company hierarchy for proliferating my CRM with the newest position changes in a highly transient market
What do you dislike about the product?
Worrying about credit usage and some internal reps not being good stewards of the info they import/ duplicate in my CRM- hopefully this is fixed with HubSpot integration and the ability to use existing in CRM as a filter.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking my targets as they move positions in a transient market, and the intent signals not only help me track to stay ahead for my competitors but my market segments as well.

What do you like best about the product?
Thing i like the most about zoom info is that we dont need to run here and there with just one click we get all the details of the employees working in organization with just one click.
What do you dislike about the product?
only one thing about zoom info which i dont like is that the info requested is outdated some times and then we have to go through alot of trouble gathering all the correct info
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
prospecting requires information and this is the best way to get all the required information only with one click, this is helping me and my colleagues aswell. thanks for zoom info
