Finding correct contact info made easy
What do you like best about the product?
I use this everyday and it is very helpful to be able to search by company and name in order to obtain someone's contact information. Sometimes if the name is unique enough, I don't even need to enter a company name. I also like how they have personal contact information for most individuals as well. On the rare occasion that someone's contact information is outdated, you are able to alert the ZoomInfo team to correct it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I can think of is if someone's contact information is outdated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo is solving the problem of getting correct contact information for an individual whether it be work or personal contact info.

What do you like best about the product?
What I value most is how easy it is for me to identify and connect with quality potential clients. The platform saves me a lot of time in prospecting and gives me precise information that used to take me days to obtain. I love being able to filter by industry, location, and position, because it allows me to reach exactly the people I need to contact.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I would like the contact information to be updated faster, as in some cases the data may not be up to date. I also think the interface could be a bit more intuitive for new users, although once you get used to it, it is very efficient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sometimes, some contacts may have outdated or incomplete information, and the interface takes a bit of time to master completely. These small challenges have helped me refine my searches and supplement the information with my own resources, which ultimately gives me a more refined and focused database. Additionally, by learning to navigate the platform more efficiently, I can now make the most of it and detect opportunities that previously eluded me.
Powerful Tool for Targeted Prospecting
What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo provides accurate account data and insights that help us quickly find and connect with the target accounts and contacts. Its filters and intent data improve our outreach efficiency, and it integrates smoothly with our CRM. Customer support team is awesome, they helped us enrich a contact list super quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The contact data I use daily isn’t updated as often as we expected, so we still rely on other tools to fill in the gaps.

Discovering target accounts and contacts.
Great features and integral part of daily workflow
What do you like best about the product?
I love the target account updates features. which automatically tracks relevant signals from your targeted accounts and even recommends plays for you to make based on that data. The user interface is pretty easy to navigate and I especially love the integration of the Chrome extension as I browse LinkedIn. Converting contacts from LinkedIn to Bullhorn (CRM) has never been easier. I use ZoomInfo every day in my role as business development manager.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the data can be pretty outdated or completely lacking - such as company direct lines.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The number one solve ZoomInfo provides would be granting me access to contact information for my targeted accounts.

What do you like best about the product?
It's a given in sales that you want to deal with people who are already looking to solve their own problems. ZI gives you the inside scoop on what people want so your pitch lands with an audience already open to it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the only thing lacking is user-specific info. If someone is searching for the service you provide, you won't know exactly who's doing the searching. Besides that, though, it's incredibly helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing me to target the prospects who are already demonstrating an openness to my value proposition. They might not be looking at my service in particular, but I know ahead of time that they're definitely open to my pitch, since they're already looking.
Tool to take prospecting to the next level
What do you like best about the product?
I use ZoomInfo daily. The simplicity of getting contact information from LinkedIn or webpage keeps my days moving. Bring able to export the information directly to my CRM (HubSpot) means I am not wasting time entering data when I could be making calls and sending emails!

What do you dislike about the product?
It is an expensive tool, and sometimes the information is incorrect. Many times there isn't info on smaller companies or the info is dated. We support a lot of smaller businesses, so sometimes it isn't as helpful as it could be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
#1 is contact info - everything else is just icing!

What do you like best about the product?
As Vice President of Corporate and Commercial Partnership for a space company, the ability to make contact with my target accounts is paramount to my success. Zoominfo makes it easy by taking literally hours out of the research that I would usually have to conduct for each potential partner. I use it multiple times a day and, when I get lost, the customer support is there to help me figure it out. I love the various features with updates that hit my inbox on the daily helping me to focus me efforts each day. My IT team were thrilled with the ease of implementing and integrating the software into our current systems as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
You do have to make sure that the contacts you download into your CRM are an "A" grade or better to ensure that the email addresses are current.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo gives me daily updates on each of my target accounts about new and exciting changes. It also highlights accounts that I have not tagged as potential target accounts for me.
Accurate information in an easy to review format
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful information is the search tools to narrow down your results. There are suggestions for other companies within the same search information. Being able to save your search results so you don't have to redo them each time you may want to go back and review. The ease of integration with our CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few industries not available in the search criteria. We have very specific industries we can sell to and there were a few that aren't available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo has so much more information for contacts who may not be on LinkedIn or on their company business website. Being able to find the contact name, job title, phone #'s and other contact information and being able to save it and import it into our CRM. It saves so much time to be able to import into our CRM so the reps don't have to fill out all of the information manually. Also, being able to contact ZoomInfo when you have additional or updated contact information so they can update their database.

The best is the ease of finding information about the prospect I am looking for.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to dislike about ZoomInfo.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the main problems which ZoomInfo is solving is getting the contact info for the lead generation and with the new dialing option its getting much more easier.
