What do you like best about the product?
Provides access to a ton of information. The website is built nicely, and search areas are easy to find.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no complaints. I use this website Daily!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Zoom allows me to collect information faster, which helps increase my productivity.
My Go-To for intel on new companies, or individuals within an organization - helps find p.o.c. fast.
What do you like best about the product?
Excellent. I've used Zoominfo for years... recently the company also integrated Seamless.ai .... not even a 'close' comparison. Zoominfo is straightforward and simple to use. The information is accurate to within 90% in my opinion. Zoominfo helps me to discover individuals within an organization that I typically don't know or when I don't know to to start with.
What do you dislike about the product?
Could probably use some ai integration to further qualify any outdated leads.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Give the AEs more insights to best target the decision makers.

Some data seems to be incorrect and the training could have been a bit more hands-on.

Helping our AEs target larger opportunities so they can close multilocation studios.

What do you like best about the product?
It is amazing to use a tool where you can find phone numbers, emails, linkedin accounts and talk with yours prospects and future clientes. Thats what is amazing for me in ZoomInfo.
What do you dislike about the product?
Here at the company we wanted to buy the tool of Intent but its too expensive and we didn't have resources to do it. And in the basic signature you have only few credits.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its solving the problem to get contact from prospects clients and our benefit its that we can have a better approach with the clients after we have more informations about them.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about ZoomInfo SalesOS is that I can look up multiple contacts for a prospect that I am going after. The tool is easy to use and seamless. It not only provides contacts across all departments, but it lists their title, email and phone number, all in one location. The huge upside to this, is that it saves me time and prevents me from having to use multiple resources to run down the contacts I want to reach out to.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only negative I have is that occasionally I find that the contact info is not up to date; meaning, that I find that a contact listed in ZoomInfo, has left the organization and there is no new updates for the person that is now in that same role. The downside to this, is I end up having to use another resource to get the current contact for that position.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo is helping us get to the right contacts, that either make the decisions within the organizations we are prospecting, or contacts that will support our prospecting efforts.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that fact that I can search either by candidate name or by company name. It allows for more diversified results and ways of searching for these results.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, I cannot 'click' enter or search when entering words in the top search bar. It suggests a few people or companies and I cannot search anything else.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When I cannot contact someone through LinkedIn or have no answer, I can access these people's emails or phone numbers. It is also very helpful when sending second or third messages.
Zoominfo simply helps me sell more!
What do you like best about the product?
It gives me great insights on my potential leads and actively gives me more information then I could find online when doing prospecting calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because there are so many features in SalesOS, it's easy to get dragged in and thinking that you have to be a master of all the functionalities of this platform. This kept me from fulling utilizing the power of SalesOS in Zoominfo. When I just focused on using a few key features and becoming a master at those, I noticed that the benefit from this platform started to increase and then I slowly became an expert at the other areas.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding my dream client and helping me build my list faster then I ever could on my own or even if I hired a team to do lead mining for me. This helps me sell better and more!

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo has a vast amount of useful contact information. I use it almost daily to research new client targets. It helps me save time by being able to research company contacts quick and easy. It is a great tool to help cross-check data I see in LinkedIn and create target lists that are vetted and accurate. The recent addition of LinkedIn links on some contacts has been very useful. I definitely get the value from my subscription!
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall it's great. There are some navigation issues with the way the Employee results are given that require me to go all the way back to the "top" of the company listing to drill down different areas of the business (IT, Finance, HR, etc.). But overall it's very good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo helps me quickly identify top prospects and their contact information. It saves me hours of research and allows me to connect with the people I want to connect to.

What do you like best about the product?
The org chart is really helpful for sourcing.

A lot of errors and outdated contact information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom info helps me find a ton of prospects I normally would not find, simple and easy to use.
Best tool for prospecting new business!
What do you like best about the product?
The best part about ZoomInfo is SalesOS Reach out! It takes searching for the key contacts at a company from a lot of copy and past work from the company website to another screen and allows you to simply click the icon at the side of the screen and the side bar shows all the information, at which time you can export right to your CM system.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only problem with ZoomInfo is getting the correct phone numbers and contacts at some companies. It seems to me that if someone switches positions or jobs, it doesn't update unless someone searching for them sends a request to have it done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo is taking the guesswork out of searching for the key contacts at a company. Many websites will show who works there, but with minimal options to make contact. It takes the search from three or for windows and different sites open to just having ZoomInfo open and then simply clicking one button to export that info to SalesForce
