What do you like best about the product?
All the new features are quite useful, the intent, scoops, and the recent one, the ZoomInfo Copilot feature, is quite helpful to start the conversation with any prospects or within in targeted account.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not getting enough data for the APAC region. However, it is sufficient for now.

It is helpful in right prospecting for any specific geography, and we can apply filters as per our need.
Effortlessly Finds Leads, Stellar Usability
What do you like best about the product?
I find ZoomInfo Sales very easy to use and fairly accurate. The large database usually helps me find the correct leads. Also, the initial setup was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes contacts are combined into different companies with similar names. Particularly when targeting financial institutions, if a bank has the same name as another, the contact I am searching for ends up on the wrong one, causing ZoomInfo to create a new account in my CRM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use ZoomInfo Sales for blueprinting contacts, finding people to target for my sales campaigns. It's easy to use, fairly accurate, and its large database usually helps me find the correct leads.
ZoomInfo is an excellent tool!
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing when it comes to ZoomInfo Sales is the ability to filter exactly what I'm looking for, whether that's number of employees, particular titles or industry and so on. Using ZoomInfo has made the sourcing part of my job seamless and incredibly helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of any downsides to using zoominfo.

ZoomInfo Sales solves the challenge of finding and connecting with the right prospects by providing accurate, up-to-date contact and company data. This helps me save time on research, reach decision-makers faster, and build stronger, more targeted outreach that drives better results.

Makes me log in several times a day if Im in a private window

It helps me find companies based on what industry I'm looking for and wich is the best fit

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how ZoomInfo Sales allows us to find in-market customers, making lead generation more efficient and cost-effective compared to cold calling. I find the AI-generated email feature very helpful for tailoring and scheduling emails. The flexibility for each sales rep to use it in a way that best suits them is also a significant advantage.
What do you dislike about the product?
The investment is a little high, but I do understand the value proposition. The issue for us is that we have fairly long sales cycles, so it takes longer to recover our investment.

ZoomInfo Sales helps our sales reps nationwide identify in-market customers, significantly shortening our selling cycle. It's cost-effective compared to cold calling and internet research, and features like AI-generated emails and scheduling multiple emails streamline our processes.

some of the old functions not active or moved, generally good tool and sometimes a bit outdated info - not critical

Offers a wealth of contacts that enable us to penetrate new companies and contacts. It was easy to implement and the support is very strong.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are not unhappy with any function or feature.

While targeting new regions and companies, we are able now to target specific roles within a company and prospect.
IMPRESSIVE
What do you like best about the product?
The technology it has, the AI functions are pretty impressive, it's definitely the future of sales. I watched recently a video about the GTM Intelligence functionality and I was blown away! ZoomInfo has just SO much to offer. When I look up a client, the fact that I can have the vast majority of information I need in order to get to know more about the client, its history and have contacts to connect with, all in the same place, it's just sublime! It really can save me a lot of time and in a quick and easy way allow me to learn about my client and strategize the ways I can generate an opportunity with them. I also received an email once, saying that one of my clients had researched my competitor and THAT was pretty impressive. I just wish I had more information about what exactly they're looking for from this competitor, like around what subject they're interested in.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything is great, I just feel sometimes that it's kind of hard to keep up with updates and in general with all that this platform has to offer, just because it can be a little overwhelming to try and use each feature at the same time. But it's also probably because I might need to watch more trainings or something.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly it saves me a lot of time by centralizing all the information I need in one place, and the way the information is presented is summarized and straight to the point, which again saves me a lot of time.

The amount of information and great functionality are what I like the best about ZoomInfo Sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
As strange as it might read, what I dislike is also what I like which is so much information and great functionality. I feel overwhelmed but would rather have too much then not enough

Providing top quality information about our customers and prospects, which I can ONLY find in ZoomInfo Sales.
