Amazing Platform
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to reach out DIRECTLY to the correct person who handles what I need. I appreciate the accuracy of the information. I have used several competitors and none have been as accurate
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there needs to be an easier way to use the information and not require as much education. Also the cost is very prohibative. I think they need to make a system that is cheaper for more users

Zoom info allows me to reach the proper people wihtin a company who are decision makers and can help to move my business forward. I am able to quickly reach the right people

What do you like best about the product?
The way our company has utilized ZoomInfo is a great learning for us as a team. How different features have been useful for us irrespective of having different LOB's.
What do you dislike about the product?
I personally think that it includes the data that no longer exists, companies are defunct, emails no longer work, numbers have been changed. The tool is not up to date
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to get the direct numbers of the prospects which saves us a lot of time as a team. The direct integration with our CRM is the best thing that has happened because of ZoomInfo

What do you like best about the product?
Unlike other CRM's the email formats are often times successful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the "intent" subjects to not be as "hot" as implied. I do find new companies but question if they are really looking for my services.

Zoominfo SalesOS brings an insider's view of what is happening in the marketplace in real time. With the proper queries, you can determine trends and capture the movement of your target audience. In a short period of time, you are helping them solve the most significant problems they are facing today.
What do you dislike about the product?
The sheer volume and expansive database of information takes a bit to get used to using. The trial and error period was longer than anticipated but worth the effort.

Zoominfo SalesOS is committed to the success of its clients. Education, situational experience and best practices help to contribute to my knowledge base and fills gaps that I did not know I had in my marketing plan and sales funnel. Learning the best ways to use SalesOS in my daily routine helps me to get closer to my clients and understand their needs better.

What do you like best about the product?
They rolled out a lot of new features and enhancements, such as algorithms to predict who might be seeking a product like yours, such as a company who is actively looking for a new IT provider, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Still dislike the new user interface a lot: I dislike that in this new version, only a few contacts at a time show on your screen. I would like to be able to see many contacts simultaneously in a list. Not a lot of contacts fit on the screen all at once. It makes it harder to focus and I'm a big picture kind of person. I like to see everything on my screen at once instead of constantly scrolling and clicking
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides me with contact info to make sales! Without it, it would be much harder to find contact info and a lot harder to know which people to target for sales.
Best Sales Tool I've Used in 10 Years
What do you like best about the product?
We've tried several tools on our sales team and ZoomInfo has been the best. The accurate information has helped us reach the right person in fewer attempts. The reports and insights help bring warm leads to us vs. having to go out and search for them. The time and productivity it has created is beneficial.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be overwhelming initially because of all it has to offer. The team at ZoomInfo was great about walking us through all the different features and provided several training courses. It gets easier the more you use it. I don't like that the admin must be a user. I would like it if the admin could have its own login view to facilitate for the team and use all of the user licenses for the sales reps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Salesforce integration saves us time for creating new customer profiles. Previously it was challenging to find the decision-maker within the first 3 attempts. Now we can get to them quickly to make decisions faster.
An incredibly accurate and comprehensive sales tool
What do you like best about the product?
The most valuable feature of ZoomInfo SalesOS for me is the ability to send data directly to our customer relationship management (CRM) system, such as HubSpot. I have found the search capabilities within ZoomInfo to be very useful in finding contact information and current business updates quickly and accurately at all organisational levels. In addition, the vast selection of companies can be sorted by a variety of criteria - this saves a lot of time when looking for pertinent details on companies or individuals that would otherwise take considerable effort to gather on my own. To date, emails sent to addresses provided by Zoominfo have always been delivered without a hitch.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the gap between records and their verifiable sources when using ZoomInfo SalesOS, as well as the outdated contacts' LinkedIn URLs. A user-driven update system can mitigate the discrepancy in locations among multiple credible sources, which also contributes to unreliability.

With ZoomInfo SalesOS, prospecting is simplified and time is saved.

What do you like best about the product?
Everyone's CRM platform will have holes, and the information contained in ZoomInfo will help fill those holes so that you can reach the contact that will benefit you the most!
What do you dislike about the product?
Recognizing that information contained in ZoomInfo comes from all sources in social media, some may be old and outdated, and they give you notification of a contact's "Accuracy" with a score (like "A").
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Two primary problems: 1) Filling in the gaps where my current CRM has holes, and 2) New companies and contacts for my vertical market and geographical region. This has benefitted me with more targeted marketing, a greater contact rate and increased sales.

What do you like best about the product?
I'm in love with the Zoominfo product. SalesOS is crucial for our GTM team to source likely up to date and relevant information to best equip us for our outreach efforts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing comes to mind. We're thrilled customers.
