The Best Site to Get Business Contact Information

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo has proven itself to be an indispensable tool for businesses of all sizes, and it has consistently exceeded my expectations. As a marketing professional, I rely on ZoomInfo to provide me with accurate and up-to-date information about potential clients and partners. With ZoomInfo, I've not only saved time and resources but also significantly improved the effectiveness of my outreach efforts. It's a five-star solution that I wholeheartedly recommend to anyone serious about driving business success.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, there is nothing I dislike about ZoomInfo. Probably, it can be the updates since not all contacts are updated real-time or right away. But, it is still the best platform to be used for searching contact and their contact information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the most critical part of the business which is getting the email address and direct/mobile phone number of our potential clients. This makes me more productive at work.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Info is a best tool for analysis, sales and greatful insights.
The best feature of Zoom info is up to date Data .
Attractive interface and easy to use, highly recommended.
We can easily campaign management here .
What do you dislike about the product?
As per my opinion , there are no dilikes , If i found something wrong data , I always suggested to update and their team update them with in 24 hours . So over all i have a good experience with Zoom info
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo Sales Os help me to verifying the leads , which comes from the Web , Corporate marketig and the other channels .
If I have some suggestion to the zoom info data then i also suggested to the team.
It is a good choice for Sales Engagment Analyst , we can select the contacts in advance pannale those who are likely engage , it is good feature .

What do you like best about the product?
The Chrome Ext that ZoomInfo offers is a game changer. I can pull data from ZoomInfo without having to actually be inside the ZoomInfo site. It makes my day way more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the extension is slow to load and I have or refresh or login, but 9 out of 10 times, I don't have any issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to locate contact information all in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
Comparing the other sales tools in the market, zoominfo gives you the best in class data's. It always gives you the right info and it has lot of options. It has the most updated data base comparing other tools
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoominfo intent can be better which we felt more relevance towards the data's given. Also it needs to do update on the latency on the extension, it takes some extra time to load.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to get relevant datas on the contact & email address. Its very easy to fetch decision making personas, this is what making us generate leads very easily.

Having to pass that exam at the beginning.

-being able to see prospects company structure on the same page with their website, while cold calling.

I like how I can find prospective customers' email and/or phone numbers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the mobile phone numbers are inaccurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me find the decision makers' contact info.

What do you like best about the product?
Their US data is great in terms of gaining email addresses, direct and mobile numbers for prospects that work and live there,
What do you dislike about the product?
Their EU and outlying regions data is not great. Also if you are prospecting (looking at employees) with their platform it is sometimes dated and employees might not work there anymore.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gaining data for an org and also finding out who looked at our website and at which pages.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo makes looking ofr new sales entirely too easy. I cannot see how I managed a sales career without zoominfo. It has everything you need and more. I cannot recommend this enough.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, there is not much that I dislike about Zoominfo. The interface is easy to use. It can be a bit overwhelming at first but once you takes the free courses offered, you get really used to it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No more cold calling. It's like Zoominfo brings the sales to you. Once you integrate it with your internet browser you are able to find contacts that otherwise would be impossible to obtain.

What do you like best about the product?
- Ability to scape contacts directly from linkedin sales nav, using the chrome plugin. Business emails and phone numbers included!
- Ability to verify contact details, role tites.
- Zoominfo shows you prospects and specific numbers/emails they are most likely to respond on.
What do you dislike about the product?
- Gets buggy at times, takes a while to load plugin. But after refreshing chrome, its usually fine.
- It's good to scrape contacts when used in conjuction with sales navigator, but having to use it as a database on it's own, is not the best experience. Hard to use the filters on the webiste, search results arent the most accurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Helps me gather contact information for prospects that are not in our CRM.
- Helps me verify contact info of existing prospects in the CRM.
- The plugin improves the speed at which I can import contacts, instead of making contacts on the CRM manually.

What do you like best about the product?
That when iam looking for specific data or want to know the right persons to reach or department to get a hold of I can easily find it in zoominfo because they have data for all the companies not just from the US but from the World !!!
What do you dislike about the product?
Quite honestly the only thing that I dislike from zoominfo at the moment is that it tends to not be as updated sometimes companies are no longer in service or contact infor is not accurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding the right persons and right companies with the correct information in order for me to reach out to them also proving me with details and knowledge about each prospect that i look for.
