What do you like best about the product?
I like that MSG91 is a straightforward and easy-to-use platform with a better UI. I appreciate the support and features, as well as the full dashboard. The initial setup was quite simple and was made even easier with the guidance of their support team.

Reliable, Fast SMS Delivery with Transparent, Reasonable Pricing
What do you like best about the product?
MSG91 is easy to implement and integrate with our scheduling system. Pricing is affordable and transparent, which makes cost management straightforward. SMS delivery is reliable and messages usually reach users on time, which is important for reminder notifications. The platform is simple to use on a daily basis. Customer support has been great overall. Karan was very responsive and helpful whenever we needed assistance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes webhooks do not get delivered properly, and in a few cases it is not very clear why an SMS failed. The error details could be more descriptive. That said, some of these issues can also be due to carrier-side problems, so it is not always in MSG91’s control.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MSG91 helps us reliably send SMS reminders to users for scheduled bookings. It solves the problem of timely user notifications without adding complexity on the implementation side. Because delivery is reliable and pricing is transparent, we can run reminder workflows daily without worrying about failures or unexpected costs.

I like how easy and reliable MSG91 is to use. The APIs are straightforward to integrate, the messaging delivery is fast and consistent, and the customer support team is responsive and helpful when needed. I really appreciate how MSG91 brings multiple communication tools together in one place. The APIs are reliable and scalable, the documentation and support are helpful, and it handles large volumes of messages with low latency, so we don't have to worry about managing separate services for SMS, WhatsApp, or email.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some parts of MSG91 could be improved the dashboard can feel cluttered and confusing at first, some advanced features aren’t very intuitive, and occasionally message delivery reporting and pricing details could be clearer

MSG91 automates and scales our communication by handling OTPs, alerts, and promotional messages through easy APIs, reducing manual effort. It ensures fast delivery and frees up development resources.

It’s an easy-to-use platform, and it comes with a great support team.Its very easy to get started with.

The dashboard can be a bit slow at times. Also, some features on WhatsApp are missing, which makes the experience feel a little incomplete.

The easy-to-use dashboard makes it simple to track message delivery, manage templates, and analyze reports without requiring technical support, saving time for our operations team. I also appreciate the flexible APIs that help streamline our communication by automating OTPs, notifications, and alerts directly from our system, reducing manual efforts and errors. This makes messaging faster, more reliable, and easier to scale as our communication volume increases. Additionally, the initial setup was fairly straightforward, especially for basic SMS and OTP use cases, as the dashboard and API keys were easy to access.

While MSG91 works reliably overall, the documentation for some advanced features could be more detailed, and the initial setup can feel slightly complex for first-time users. Some of the advanced features like WhatsApp API configuration, template approvals, and detailed reporting could benefit from clearer step-by-step documentation with real use cases.

What do you like best about the product?
I use MSG91 for communications, engagement and conversion of my users and prospective users. It helps in increasing my funnel conversion and customer renewal. I like the Campaign and agentic AI workflow features of MSG91. Campaigns have helped me automate most of my customer communications by organizing and scheduling messages efficiently. The Agentic AI workflows in the Hello feature have reduced my customer support tickets significantly by handling most user queries. The initial setup was very easy, and I must complement the MSG91 support team, who was readily available throughout the process, especially Anchal and Nishant.
What do you dislike about the product?
MSG91 can add more features to WA templates, like enabling emojis in headers, to improve its offerings, though the current features suffice the need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use MSG91 for user communications, increasing funnel conversions, and customer renewals. The Hello feature solves customer queries directly. Campaigns automate communications, reducing my workload, and Agentic AI workflows handle queries, cutting support tickets.
