The platform is highly reliable and user-friendly, making onboarding and setup quick and hassle-free. It offers strong and well-documented API support, which allows seamless integration with our systems, and message delivery is consistently timely and dependable. The dashboard is intuitive and easy to navigate, enabling us to monitor and manage communication efficiently. Additionally, Karan and the support team are proactive, responsive, and helpful, ensuring that any queries or issues are addressed promptly and smoothly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some advanced features and reporting options could be more detailed, and pricing can become a bit high as volumes scale. Occasional delays in delivery reports could also be improved.

Lot of customisation can be done.. covers email, sms, whatsapp fairly well

What do you like best about the product?
I like MSG91's simplicity and transparent pricing. The platform's integration of all communication channels is convenient, as I can sign up for MSG91, get their API key, and integrate the APIs into our apps without needing different providers for SMS, email, and WhatsApp. I also appreciate the startup credits they offer for six months, which is really helpful for early-stage startups like us. We switched from Twilio because it was expensive for us, and email and WhatsApp setup with MSG91 was really simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their documentation needs to be updated as it's not clear if we have to use the flow API or the OTP API for sending OTP SMS. Improving documentation to be according to use cases will be very useful not just for our company but to every company using MSG91.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use MSG91 as a single platform for all communication channels, eliminating the need for multiple providers for SMS, email, and WhatsApp.

The product integration is simple. Helper documents are easy to understand & the support team is very active.

The product interface could have been better. Analytics especially for whatsapp campaigns could be better.

I find the dashboard of MSG91 easy to use. Also, the guidance provided by Pratyaksh sir has been really helpful for me.

I got messages in the template, but the variable didn't pass due to a version issue.

The dashboard can feel cluttered, pricing is not always very clear, and WhatsApp onboarding approvals take time. Improving UI simplicity and pricing transparency would help a lot.
