Instant Support and Easy Setup
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the wonderful support from MSG91, particularly when Pratayesh Yadav helped us solve a bulk email message issue. He was very helpful, and I like the instant support feature. I use MSG91 for sending bulk messages, and being able to send bulk email messages is a big plus. I find all the features valuable, but especially the email service. The initial setup was easy.

I use MSG91 for sending bulk email messages effectively, which solves my bulk messaging needs.
Excellent Support with Fast Query Resolution

The support is excellent! The time to resolve queries is also very less.

Msg91 currently simplifies my entire otp generation and authentication.Also the whatsap business api requirements.

I really appreciate the support from MSG91. The initial setup was easy, which made starting with the service smooth.

I need a report for my agents on how responsive they are when they receive leads and their delay in answering.

I was having trouble managing 50 to 100 daily WhatsApp messages and getting blocked, but MSG91 solved that.

The dashboard was user friendly and the Team was very supportive. Mr. Lalit purve ensured that the issue was resolved on time.

Nothing that I dislike. They Team was supportive.

What do you like best about the product?
Their support staff is very helpful. As a developer, integration of my mobile app product is easy with their API Support.

MSG91 is solving problems related to communicating with my customers effectively. I was using their SMS OTP Service since a year, no complain with that. Now started using their WhatsAPP API and Hello App.
