What do you like best about the product?
Having SMS, email, and WhatsApp all in one platform makes it much easier to plan and run campaigns. The analytics provide a clear view of engagement across each channel, which helps me understand what’s working. I also like the flexibility to create targeted campaigns based on what I need. On top of that, the usage-based pricing is a helpful option.
What do you dislike about the product?
The email customization options could be expanded further. Also, the campaign setup interface can feel a bit overwhelming at first, especially when you’re just getting started.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MSG91 lets us run multi-channel campaigns without having to switch between different tools, which saves time and makes it easier to coordinate our marketing efforts. Having everything in one place also helps us reach customers more effectively and track performance more consistently. Overall, it has simplified our communication strategy and made our day-to-day workflow smoother.

What do you like best about the product?
MSG91 allows us to automate order confirmations, shipping updates, and post-purchase follow-ups via SMS and WhatsApp. The automation flows are flexible, and delivery tracking gives our operations team confidence. Integration with our backend system was smooth, and scaling campaigns during peak sales periods was effortless.
What do you dislike about the product?

At times a lot of structures are a little complicated and there is a lot of scope of improvisation on the same.
