Useful tool with collaborative information and excellent support
What do you like best about the product?
MSG91 is a very great tool that has all the features. The team is also very supportive and all integrations are possible. The API is available, which makes it very easy to use. Its user interface is also very good.
What do you dislike about the product?
No, there is nothing like that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use MSG91 for our customer support; it is a great voice agent that reduces our manpower cost.

I also appreciate the multi-channel support across SMS, WhatsApp, and email that simplifies communication workflows. MSG91's reliable delivery ensures critical messages like OTPs and alerts reach users on time, improving trust and engagement. The integration process was straightforward and quick, thanks to clear documentation and simple API onboarding that made it easy even without extensive technical support.
What do you dislike about the product?
A couple of areas that could be improved are more advanced built-in analytics reporting and more transparent pricing tiers for high-volume use cases making it easier to plan and optimize costs. MSG91 could enhance its pricing for high-volume use cases by offering clearer volume-based slabs, custom enterprise plans, and upfront cost visibility for SMS and WhatsApp usage.

MSG91 ensures reliable SMS and WhatsApp delivery, streamlining customer engagement with OTPs and notifications, reducing manual messaging through automation.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the speedy response and the great support from MSG91. The customer support is dedicated and responsive, which makes a difference. MSG91's pricing is friendly and economical, making it a good fit for my needs. Additionally, I find the subscription, WhatsApp integration, and onboard assistance beneficial, making things easier to manage. Overall, I find it a reliable service that meets my expectations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I was confused about the Phone Number Tab, specifically regarding the use of international numbers. It needs a clearer explanation that international numbers are for API Testing purposes only.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MSG91 helps with subscription management, WhatsApp integration, and offers onboard assistance, making implementation easier in a short time.

What do you like best about the product?
The product offering, security and usability of the platform and the methodology of OTP service is excellent. It is easy to implement and integrate. The support team is proactive and quick to respond and give easy to implement resolutions.

Nothing about MSG91 is bad. It is a very good platform.

MSG91 is helping with OTP service and customer verification seamlessly.

I like using MSG91 for OTP services because of its effective OTP configuration. I appreciate the pricing of MSG91, which makes it affordable for me. I also find the support very good, as the team is knowledgeable and made the initial setup good with their help.

Streamlined student notification and alerts
What do you like best about the product?
The ''Segment to campaign" feature allow us to group student and send tailored SMS/WhatsApp with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
The monthly quota reset timing is sometime confusing (UTC vs local).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We send class cancellations, event reminders, exam schedules. Using MSG91, faculty no longer has to manually text each student . It's saved hour per week in admin work and improved attendance

What do you like best about the product?
I was getting stuck at setting sms alert for orders received on my shopify website and I scheduled meeting twice for same but they told I can not do it but third time got connect with Jyotsana Gour and she helped me through out the process and we did it. just writting this reivew for her genrous support and guidance through out whole process.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like msg91 support as its quick but sometime few poeple on call are not so supportive whether they don't know about some process itself but your compnay needs more support people like Jyotsana Gour.

What do you like best about the product?
Msg91 team is very supportive and always respond to the queries without fail. Special mention to Mr. Anurag who is very knowledgebale person who explains each and every minute things to the clients and resolves the issue with utmost priority.
What do you dislike about the product?
Right now there are no issues. If there is anything I need to add I will directly convey to the Msg 91 team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are currently using their SMS, Whatsapp , Segmento and Hello services. We are pretty happy to use their services.
