In any Issues in applications will get the notications nd calls.

In Sqadcast there is nothing to say about dislike.

What ever the issue will get noified quickly and it is helping to solve the issues/incidents.

What do you like best about the product?
* being able to set multiple policies in case of incidents.
* easy to integrate with multiple services like SMS, slack, etc.
* it is easy to get started.

* Haven't had a chance to interact with customer service till now.
What do you dislike about the product?
* Less feature rich
* some of the feature are behind paywall.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the incident management and alerting parts for us. We get quick alerts in case of any issues with our services helping us in minimizing impact on business.

What do you like best about the product?
When any alerts occur it informed through various integrations along with phone calls and SMS. It helped me check into those alert when I am not in front of the computer.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not as such thing that I disliked.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have some services running. If any disputes happen to those services we get alerted through Squadcast. If Squadcast is not there it is very hard for us to debug those issues. We need to wait for the customers' response for those bugs.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the integration it provodies with different third party monitoring tools. With the ease of Webhook, you can use it anywhere in your system to send an alarm notification. It has nice and cleaner UI. It also calls you back in case if you have not read the alert notification which is big plus. Implementation is easy enough, it won't take more of it, since it is Cloud managed. Customer support is good with slack channel integration. Greate frequency of use, We use this tool for every sort of production alert which can help us minimize the downtime or avoid it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I find it overwhelming to understand what all features means and where to find it. Other than that, I did not find any issues with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy of incident management with different third party monitoring tools and actively minimize the downtime.

What do you like best about the product?
The easiest way to create on call schedules and ensure that notifications are sent whenever changes are done
What do you dislike about the product?
A bit too many features on the Home Screen make it hard to navigate for new users
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Squadcast for on call alerting and incident management, it makes our lives easier so that we don't have to implement our own on call systems

What do you like best about the product?
All the insights are easily available in the app, from sentry to aws.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI is sometimes bit confusing. And google SSO is not present.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All prod incidents are acknowledged using squadcast. It lists all the incidents at a single place.
